[Note: This piece contains heavy video content.]

Despite the Trump legal team’s declination to reveal its entire case to the corrupt news media, we know some of the hard evidence of massive Democrat voter fraud it has at its disposal, since much of it is already in the public domain. Here is some of what they have.

First of all, despite its’ current protestations of innocence, Smartmatic’s founder and CEO, Antonio Mugica, admitted in 2017 that its system had been used to create at least 1 million fraudulent votes for Venezuelan socialist strongman Nicolas Maduro:

Powell and Guiliani have merely proven is that a murder likely took place, and it appears a gun was used.

The more important questions for America are - who owned the gun? who pulled the trigger? Who was involved in organizing what is a wide conspiracy? And who stands to benefit?

IMHO - The Trump legal team needs a copy of the Smartmatic code and have a coding expert find the exact lines of code that show the algorithm that changes the vote count.

But, this will be nigh impossible to do.

A prosecutor could subpoena the code - but I don’t see how an independent forensic team could get their hands on it - other than by theft. Which would I think be inadmissible in court.

Can an attorney help here?

FACT: it was not the regular voter who committed voter fraud and theft of the election.

FACT: it was elections officials and elected officials running governments at many levels (governors, mayors, etc), and media corporations.

The voters are merely spectators, and they've been used as tools to pretend that all votes were legitimate.

Great! Now send this article to Tucker Carlson since he doesn't know how to investigate anything or figure out that all of that evidence is for the courtroom!

"Wah wah! I didn't get any evidence! Wah wah!" - What an idiot! Oh, and send it to Kilmeade as well. This morning he was being a baby about it all!
