Rudy Giuliani made a stunning claim on the Lou Dobbs show on Wednesday. He said that the votes from 28 states were sent outside the country to Germany and Spain to be counted by Smartmatic.
Smartmatic, according to Giuliani, was created in Venezuela for the purpose of rigging elections.
Giuliani goes on to claim that some high ranking people at Dominion, the Smartmatic affiliated voter software company, are known supporters of Antifa.

I’m glad that was posted. I heard about the threats and child-doxxing (sick), but was unaware of the reversal. With such an obvious threat, one would think that it would be clear that their approval was based on their personal safety and that of their families.
I wouldn’t have heard of the reversal otherwise, most likely.

"In these last 17 years, we have witnessed the Bolivarian Revolution champion participatory democracy and construct a fair, transparent election system recognized as among the best in the world ," wrote Tometi about one of the world's most corrupt voting systems in history.
Earlier in 2015 Maduro was given an award at the "Afro-descendants Summit" held in Harlem.

Shoygu met with defense and military leaders in Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua and signed several agreements on warship visits and military training during the visit, which ran from Feb 11 to 14.
It is not clear whether any new arms deals were completed during the visit.

Public perception regarding the existence of widespread election fraud will be extremely important in how the Supreme Court rules.
Why? Because the Supreme Court justices - especially conservatives - will not want to overstep their boundaries. They will not want to be seen as disenfranchising the voters.
For that reason, the SC will only weigh in if there is already widespread public distrust of the election process.

If the election was rigged, the public needs to be convinced of it - basically a substantial percent of the voters need doubt the election is fair - they need to WANT the SC to decide it.
It is like a questionable play in sports - the players need to realize they can’t settle it - and ask the referee to settle it.
So, it is not SC justices that need to be convinced of the fraud - it is the public.
Put another way; If the public strongly trusts the election process and believes there was no significant fraud, there is no way the SC will overturn the election.
