The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday said all the state law requires is observers be allowed “‘in the room’ where ballots are counted. The law does not set a minimum distance between them and the counting tables…The legislature didn’t provide one, and the court can’t, either.”

What an in your face bogus ruling. They voted 5-2 on this. The media is going ape shit over this.
Ummm...how about so you’re actually able to SEE the ballots. That’s the clear intent of the law for crying out loud.

I have to assume they know this is going to SCOTUS. “Being in the room” does not mean the legal standard of “observation.”
PA Supreme Court is an outlaw court that does it own thing but will soon get smacked by the Supreme Court for what they did earlier. Don’t think Roberts can stop it
I suspect that a good part of what’s going on atm and why it’s shaping up the way it has frustratingly been is showing and proving, once and for all, that our court benches are being squatted on by posers in black robes every bit as evil and corrupt as the dem machines running the fraud.
And in fact, many, if not most, of the judges in which the cases will be heard are actually paid and loyal members of the coup themselves.
That herd is in desperate need of a hard cull.
Fair enough. But, is it true? If so, I'd get right to work on that for the benefit of future elections.
If there are any.
“5 democrats 2 Republicans”
The Democrats should have recused themselves from this case.
Rudy has Pennsylvania in federal court. I refuse to get excited about these five Chinese collaborator. ( Dominion software connection)

Emphasis on observers. This will be a simple swat-down for the Supreme Court. Statutes are interpreted according to their plain language in writing. To understand the meaning of words, resort may be had to a dictionary. Here is how the dictionary defines common words here:
Observer: [def representatives sent to observe but not participate officially in an activity]
observe, def. - to regard with attention, especially so as to see or learn something: to watch, view, or note for a scientific, official, or other special purpose
No, this is what Trump needs. Now he can bring it to the supreme court. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court just needed to rule. Trump will appeal to the US Supreme Court. And now it becomes a Constitutional issue. They can argue that this election did not use the rules of the Pennsylvania legislature and therefore its not Constitutional. Expect the SCOTUS to hear this very soon.
Exactly
Who is going to argue this in front of the SC? Not Rudy I assume.
Jay Sekulow will do ALL of the SCOTUS work!!!
so the plain meaning of ‘observe’ escapes them? well we knew they’d do something like this. on to the USSC.
PSSC changed the rules of the election. Article 2 of the US constitution gives them no such legal right. It is up to the legislature. They are a corrupt deep state court. Bought and paid for. Most of them should go to prison.
"observe, def. - to regard with attention, especially so as to see or learn something: to watch, view, or note for a scientific, official, or other special purpose"
That's much too clear for a PA SC judge.
In the special PA judicial dictionary, the word "observe" means "to occupy a space in the general vicinity of any particular activity."
Meaning you could be tied up, blindfolded, and laying on the floor, and be correctly ID'd under PA SC "judicial theory" as "an observer."
Expect the SCOTUS to hear this very soon.

It takes four to agree to hear a case.
Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have both shown us their yellow bellies on at least one case each so far, they are not a sure thing.
Yes, justice at SCOTUS is a lifetime appointment, so they can vote without fear.
Rudy said today that he was expecting the PA Supreme Court to rule against him, and this is his ticket to the SCOTUS.
