The Courts Will Likely Overturn the Election Results In Numerous Jurisdictions Due to Voter Fraud – In the Data Is Where the Amount of Election Fraud Can Be Quantified and Estimated
Gateway Pundit ^ | 11/17/2020 | Joe Hoft

Voter fraud occurred across the board in the 2020 election and in every functional area. But in the data is where we’re able to locate and quantify or estimate much of the amount of election fraud which occurred in the 2020 election.

The 2020 election steal occurred in all areas. Before the election votes were mass-mailed and many of these votes we now are finding were illegitimate (i.e. dead people voting, etc…). Many other illegitimate votes came in after the election as those involved in the theft hurried to get enough votes counted to steal the election. Then the vote counting process was manipulated and against the law as Republican vote counting observers were not allowed to observe the process. The courts will and should overturn the results of the election connected to this voter fraud.

But ultimately we can quantify the steal in the data reported from the system. All the corruption in the election with ballots and the process surrounding that are a distraction per one former Law Enforcement Officer on Twitter:

All the dirty voter rolls, mysterious midnight dumps and sharpie claims, are nothing but a distraction, as well is the counting room lockouts, all deliberate distractions to draw attention to a dead end road.

— Roscoe B Davis🎖⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@RoscoeBDavis1) November 8, 2020

These corrupt voter fraud activities should be investigated and the criminals involved be held accountable for their voter fraud actions. In addition, the election fraud most likely can be found in the system because we know that the voting machines are not ‘air-gapped’ but are connected to the Internet:

First thing they debunked right off the bat was the dishonest belief that our voter system is an air-gapped secure voting system. True enough the actual point of the original vote in any state system is air-gapped.

— Roscoe B Davis🎖⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@RoscoeBDavis1) November 8, 2020

The tabulation systems are not air-gapped and this is where the major fraud occurred:

The tabulation systems are not air-gapped, this isn’t a secret it’s just not ever talked about, because they always direct you to the voting machine itself.

— Roscoe B Davis🎖⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@RoscoeBDavis1) November 8, 2020

The election steal took place in the system and on November 7th some people already suspected this was being managed overseas in Spain and Germany:

In the data is where the the steal may best be identified. The voter fraud and millions of cases of voter abuse and vote counting abuse are very important and likely disqualify the results of the election. But another key to the steal was in the data.

We have already identified some patterns of abuse and blocks of votes that were illegal. There’s more to come.

I worry about ACB not wanting to look like she was put there to protect Trump. She seems solid but she’s in a very tough position to be in. The fate of the republic may be in her hands. That may sound melodramatic, but it could all hinge on her.

Why is practically every single one of these articles from Gateway Pundit?

I see this in the work place all the time. Boss comes out and says we have a problem and declares the head will roll. After that, those with most guilt start finding ways to be the ones who found the causes and solutions without being able to find the culprits.

***********

LOL. Yep, rewards for the guilty and punishment for the innocent.

As I said earlier, the people at the top get there because they know how to avoid blame. Its the one thing they are good at.

Yeah..and my guess is Kavanagh and Gorsuch could go either way...and Roberts will be the turn coat lib that he was born to be.

So flip a coin twice, for Gorsuch and Kavanaugh each...if its heads both times...we win!

It sounds melodramatic and it also sounds almost word for word like a post I put up some days ago :)

Please God don’t let her feel like she has to bow out because she was put in so close to the election.

If anything, she should help the guy who got her the job! :)

I wonder if the dems wanting to expand the SC matters at all subconsciously

And their first order in philly being ignored

Because the mainstream news is BURYING IT.

If you don’t like Gateway, just go to the straight to the links they provide. I have found them to be more accurate than not.

Or follow Sidney Powell, L Lin Wood, Jenna Ellis, Rudy Giuliani on Twitter or Parler. What is coming out is absolutely mind boggling in terms of the scope of this fraud.

Who decides if Scotus will even take the case? Roberts supposedly hates Trump so you can’t count on him. Right now the only justices I really trust are Alito and Thomas. Coney Barrett is a question mark at this point. Kavanugh and Gorsuch..who knows.

Let’s hope she proves to be a vigorous defender of the Constitution and the foundations of our republic.

The professional and personal pressures on her are going to be unreal.

The evidence is overwhelming, it is nationwide, mathematically proven, evisenced with documents and video presentations from the company itself, and they have many affidavits now from people working within Dominion. Also, the method for loosening signature validations wasn’t just a GA thing, it was in many of the swing states. Same with kicking out GOP observers in the same states.

The preponderance and quality of evidence will demand SCOTUS take this up and rule in our favor.

And Obamacare was both a tax (not a fee) and at the same time a fee (and not a tax) ... in the same SCOTUS decision. Many of them are untethered from principles and they find ways to get the result they want. There is zero question that Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor will support Trump regardless of the merits of the evidence. I’d put money on that.

Agree.

GP does a great job of collecting/summarizing, imo, and always gives the direct links.

After what has gone on for past five years - judiciary corrupted, President Trump under constant attack, FBI spying and coverups, etc. - how can ANYONE expect the coup participants to do what is right?

As much as I pray for President Trump and ultimate victory, I grow increasingly concerned that 2016 was the last election we’ll ever have.

This “evidence” must never be shown SCOTUS.

That is not the correct “court”. It must be shown state legislatures.

The only thing SCOTUS must be allowed to rule on is whether or not state legislatures provided a slate of Electors in accordance with the Constitution.

Have the matter go further than that and the “evidence” will get rebuttals during oral arguments. Don’t allow that. Make the case strictly about the legislatures performing a Constitutional function.

No, I mean that there is zero chance they will support Trump. As in no way, now how, never gonna happen.

Or said another way, there is a 100% chance that they will support Biden, no question aboutit.
