Cindy McCain, the wife of the late Senator John McCain, said her husband would be “very pleased” with Biden winning the election.
McCain, who endorsed the Democrat nominee, was seen as playing a pivotal role in him flipping Arizona in his favor.
“I think my husband would be very pleased,” McCain, who will be serving as part of Biden’s transition team, told CNN during a Monday night interview.
“We were good friends with the Bidens,” she added. “And I just know he is looking down and going, ‘You did the right thing.'”

McCain, that old backstabber, probably would be very happy.

Biden will continue McCain’s plan to keep us in Iraq for 100 years, of course he would be happy. Cindy McCain is probably behind Trump’s loss in Arizona no doubt....

I have no issue with McCain’s service - I’ve heard good and I’ve heard bad, but the truth is that I don’t have enough information to judge him on that. However, how he acted AFTER his service is disgusting, small-minded, petty and, more than anything else, a betrayal of public trust for personal glory or gain (let’s not forget that old Johnnie was part of the Keating 5). That the people of AZ continued to give this small-minded, selfish crackpot a seat in the US Senate speaks poorly of them, particularly after the Keating 5 scandal, but even without that.
I’m beginning to understand how average Roman citizens must have felt as their empire was destroyed from within by power-hungry, selfish, venal traitors - and they couldn’t do a damned thing about it.
He’s quite a bit warmer than room temperature....

I have been wondering how much influence Cindy McCain has over the governor etc. Is she paying him off I wonder? Something is not right and she is going to work for Biden now. The rich Harris is going to help Biden and his new administration. Thumb in the eye...What any one of us would call classy, right?
