I was the Health & Safety Director at a large University for 25 years. I oversaw about 50 or 60 water damage restoration projects in my career.
There should be invoice from ServPro or equivalent for the immediate drying of the area.
Then an invoice for the restoration work.
Then an invoice and report from an Industrial Hygiene firm that certifies the area is clean and dry and won’t support colonizing by mold in the future.
Then the insurance claim paperwork.
And water damage restoration isn’t cheap, so there should be plenty of accounting documentation on the job.
And I’m assuming the water break was inside a building. If it was out in the street, there would be no need to shut down counting for it.

They had to stop and calculate the number of potential votes that needed to be swapped in order to carry PedoJoe across the finish line. Once they had that estimated number, they implemented the Hammer & Sickle software to “magically” start swapping the votes over.
There are a whole lot of folks that need to be publicly hanged over this BS.

For example, Richard Baris found 132,000 people with moving flags at the post office were on the voter roll in Fulton count Georgia. GP immediately runs with “132,000 invalid ballots cast in Fulton county from voters who have moved! Enough to overturn the election!!!!!!!”
Uhhh no. As Richard Baris himself said today (and he specifically cited GP) that does not mean all those 132,000 voted. It means they were on the voter roll there. They MAY have voted. They may have moved to another place in the county and still be valid voters there. We have to investigate and see.”
GP leaped to the sensational conclusion without waiting for evidence. I want to see some of this stuff reported by other sources before I believe it 100%.
They can post date those just as easy as they did the “mail” in ballots.
