The U.S. Postal Service whistleblowers assigned to the General Mail Facility in Erie Pennsylvania agreed last week to come forward to go on the record using his real name.
He is going to testify about the backdating of ballots in Erie, Pennsylvania, in a battleground state, said James OKeefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas.
Hes scared, OKeefe said. Hes afraid hes going to lose his job.
The Erie, Pennsylvania-based postal service whistleblower is named: Richard Hopkins, he said.
Hopkins said, Im nervous. I am nervous because this is a big deal.
Some people at his work surmised that he was the one to talk to Project Veritas about the scheme to postmark late ballots with Nov. 3, which was Election Day, he said.
I did not witness them backdating, I witnessed them talking about backdating, he said.
Other employees feel the same way I do, but they do not want to say anything, Hopkins said. They contacted me, and actually were like: That was badass and what-not. They were kind of glad that I did what I didbecause they know things aresome odd stuff.
OKeefe said, He is a courageous soul, and he is going to inspire so many people.
Already, Hopkins is getting hassled by his union over a previous incident that was resolved months ago, he said.

Richard Hopkins is now being targeted and was placed on UNPAID LEAVE for blowing the whistle on backdating of ballots.
Things got even worse GoFundMe has flagged Richards campaign and is not allowing withdrawals from it:
Its not about the whistle-blower, its about whos getting blown. This citizen did NOT hide in anonymity. This citizen did NOT sneak around letting out bits and pieces of dishonest information. And this citizen will be DESTROYED by the left if we DONT STAND UP FOR DEMOCRACY.
Time to quit playing their games. I expect to see everyone that can get to a rally, AT a rally, this weekend.
Yep he will be blackballed and fired..
So much for the whistleblower protections the Dems say they support.
isnt he protected by whistleblower laws?
Of course and the post office is going to pay out a bomb of taxpayer/customer money on the settlement.
Any whistleblower is cutting themselves off from both current and future employment. Even in the finance industry where laws have been created to reward them...the result is the opposite. They get punished and banned from the business. TPTB will not allow opposition or sunshine and they own the .gov as well.
If there was ever a clear-cut case for whistleblower protection this is it
Made an example of to keep any future whistle-blowers under control. Unless they companies or individuals are punished, it is only going to get worse.
He should be more afraid of getting suicided.
Thats what I think. Of course if the supervisor who did this starts to have problems like dog poop on his front porch or flat tires in his car, tha would be an example too
He won’t be fired, he will quit. Firing a postal worker is damn near impossible. However, his superiors can, and probably will, make life miserable for him to the point where he quits. Years ago, a female postal worker was fired for not doing her job. She sued to get her job back and won. Management, for the first time, made her do the work required of a postal worker, including the unloading of mail bags from a truck, which can weigh over 100lbs. She was never asked to do that before. She quit rather than try to unload the truck.
Whom ever ordered him to do what he admits doing should be in jail TODAY! God I hope this all gets proven. These bastards got to go down !
Of course the supervisor could find himself transferred to Nome, Alaska
Do we not have any troops in theater to help? This guy is a hero and now he is afraid for his life without income.
Bump
Even the postal service, which fills my mailbox every day with stuff that goes straight to the garbage can, is involved in undermining the republic. SMH.
Yea I can see his life at the PO will get difficult..I also can see them giving him bad references, not so much what they say but do not say...Like oh yes so-in-so he’s well known in HR..or give a reference in a tone of voice....seen both happen like that.
He will end up with a pay out. The real danger is from the media they will be the ones going for him.
He's "blowing" on the WRONG team
Pennsylvania’s ‘Whistleblower’ Law protects state and local government employees, and employees of other publicly funded groups, from retaliation resulting from good faith reports, including to OSIG, of waste, fraud, and abuse. See, 43 P.S. 1421-1428.
