That might be the plan but President Trump does not have direct control of the National Guard like I saw in another report. He needs to nationalize the national guard before he can direct them. Otherwise they are controlled by the state governors. I saw somewhere Barr sent US Marshalls to PA. I’m not sure how accurate that is, however. Barr has been pretty silent through this so hopefully he is doing something more than waiting for a post election report. I imagine as part of the legal action President Trump’s attorney will ask the court for a remedy to preserve the evidence rather than President Trump taking that action on his own and being perceived to be interfering with the election.

If true and there is physical evidence of fraud, arrest the conspirators. Impose Martial Law pending open and public military trials of every conspirator regardless of their party or position. Any Public Official or Media talking head shown to be in direct contact and a part of the conspiracy should be the first tried and hanged.

A concerted, large-scale effort to steal a national election clearly deprives the people who voted of a right secured by the Constitution and by law. States and local governments have clearly failed or refused to protect that right. There are numerous locations in several states that now have documents which is evidence and people who can provide testimony in court to bring the perpetrators to justice - but this evidence and these witnesses need to be preserved and protected. The in depth recount and examination of hundreds of thousands of ballots will need large numbers of people [other than those who did the original counting, as they are possible subjects/witnesses].......The Insurrection Act fits, it will allow us to avail ourselves of the assets necessary [military personnel and vehicles] to preserve, process and protect the evidence and witnesses from further tampering or destruction (already occuring) and will raise the level of possible punishment of those found guilty of attempting to overthrow our government. The Insurrection Act should be invoked to further the prosecutions and punishments that are necessary. Would appreciate reasoned arguments. God Save the Republic.”

I feel there’s more to gain from digging deeper/demanding answers immediately about Dominion than agonising over Hammer and Scorecard at this point.
Sorry, but that is a massive fail.
The originating program, in the vote counting machine, can alter the outgoing numbers easily. The receiving program (on the tabulating machine) would recognize the (previously altered) return count as valid.
Change either the receiving or sending end, and an “acknowledged” count is not fraudulent.

not only am I not discounting HAMR/THE HAMMER/SCORECARD, I am not, as yet, ruling out the possibility that DOMINION is the its home now, if you get what I mean.
however, Dominion is a solid entity. dig into them further. don’t sweat over the Mark Malloch-Brown/Smartmatic/Soros connections, as interesting as they are, because it’s irrelevant to the election and Smartmatic machines are only in a part of California these days, it seems.
this is UNBELIEVABLE! I sent it far and wide. Trump secured WAY MORE than 3% over Biden and they all panicked, shut it down, and started furiously filling out paper ballots to make up the difference.
Did you even watch the video? The guy did not talk about the originating machine changing the numbers. He spoke of scorecard intercepting the data, changing it and sending it on to it’s destination
Did you ever consider the layman’s terms versus the technical requirements? Obviously not.

My friend is going back to Georgia from jax fl to observe the recount.
She said they need donations to supply this army of patriots as they are on the ground for observing & monitoring the recount...these are trump..and Republican VOLUNTEERS..in every battleground states
