New Developments: Hammer And Scorecard, The Plot To Steal The Presidency

In the tense aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, there are massive amounts of information circling around. One of the hot topics that people are talking about is the ‘Hammer and Scorecard’ software. What is this software? Where did it come from and why is it important?

Dennis Montgomery a former CIA/DOD/DHS/NSA/FBI contractor turned whistleblower designed and built the software called “The Hammer.” According to an article by The American Report in 2019, this software was designed as a “foreign surveillance tool” with many safeguards in place in order to prevent it from being used as a domestic spy tool. However, the “whistleblower tapes” leaked in 2015 cover 47 leaked hard drives and testimony that reveal this software was in fact used to spy and surveille U.S. citizens, namely President Donald Trump a “zillion times.”

This software is a CIA spy program designed to use on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection. It is important to note that Montgomery claims that in 2009, under then-President Barak Obama, this software was “commandeered and repurposed” by John Brenan and James Clapper into a “private and parallel domestic surveillance system.”

How Can This Software Effect Voting Machines? While Hammer is the software that enables access to voting machines without being detected, the more important part of this equation is the software that works with Hammer to change vote tallies during the data transfer part of reporting the tabulation totals. Scorecard is designed to change only a 3% total of votes in order to go undetected during the transfer of totals...

Title 10 USC - The Insurrection Act...
“§253. Interference with State and Federal law
The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—

(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or

(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.

In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.”

A concerted, large-scale effort to steal a national election clearly deprives the people who voted of a right secured by the Constitution and by law. States and local governments have clearly failed or refused to protect that right. There are numerous locations in several states that now have documents which is evidence and people who can provide testimony in court to bring the perpetrators to justice - but this evidence and these witnesses need to be preserved and protected. The in depth recount and examination of hundreds of thousands of ballots will need large numbers of people [other than those who did the original counting, as they are possible subjects/witnesses].......The Insurrection Act fits, it will allow us to avail ourselves of the assets necessary [military personnel and vehicles] to preserve, process and protect the evidence and witnesses from further tampering or destruction (already occuring) and will raise the level of possible punishment of those found guilty of attempting to overthrow our government. The Insurrection Act should be invoked to further the prosecutions and punishments that are necessary. Would appreciate reasoned arguments. God Save the Republic.

8 Nov: Washington Examiner: Republicans expand probe into Dominion Voting Systems after Michigan counting snafu

DETROIT — Republicans are probing more Michigan counties and suggesting investigations in Nevada and Arizona to determine whether further Dominion Voting Systems technology errors caused votes to be counted incorrectly.
Tony Zammit, communications director for the Michigan Republican Party, told the Washington Examiner on Saturday that the GOP is working across the Wolverine State to find out if other counties experienced similar issues to Antrim County.
“Our team is currently reaching out to county clerks across Michigan as well as going through election results in each of the counties which use this software to see how widespread this error may be,” Zammit said.

A failure to update software caused a glitch in one Michigan county, resulting in 6,000 votes erroneously being tabulated for Joe Biden rather than President Trump...

The Michigan Department of State pushed back on Cox’s claims...
“The erroneous reporting of unofficial results from Antrim County was a result of accidental error on the part of the Antrim County Clerk,” the office said in a statement. “The equipment and software did not malfunction and all ballots were properly tabulated. However, the clerk accidentally did not update the software used to collect voting machine data and report unofficial results.”...

Voting was delayed in two counties for two hours while the problem was fixed.

Voters were unable to cast machine ballots for a couple of hours in Morgan and Spalding counties after the electronic devices crashed, state officials said. In response to the delays, Superior Court Judge W. Fletcher Sams extended voting until 11 p.m.

The counties use voting machines made by Dominion Voting Systems and electronic poll books — used to sign in voters — made by KnowInk.
The companies “uploaded something last night, which is not normal, and it caused a glitch,” said Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Election. That glitch prevented pollworkers from using the pollbooks to program smart cards that the voters insert into the voting machines...

Ridley said that a representative from the two companies called her after poll workers began having problems with the equipment Tuesday morning and said the problem was due to an upload to the machines by one of their technicians overnight.
“That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election,” Ridley said. Ridley said she did not know what the upload contained.

Gabriel Sterling, voting system implementation manager in the secretary of state’s office, told reporters that the issue likely was a dataset that got uploaded to the systems, but that they don’t know for certain. He did not say if the dataset was uploaded by the voting machine vendor.

Sterling told reporters the issue took some time to fix because technicians had to bring in additional equipment to correct the problem.
Neither Dominion nor KnowInk responded to a request to comment. A spokesperson for the secretary of state’s office also did not respond to follow-up questions about who uploaded the dataset and whether it had been reviewed and tested by anyone beforehand.

Jennifer Doran, elections director for the Morgan County Board of Elections and Registration, said the issue was with how the KnowInk pollbooks encode a voter access card that is used with the Dominion voting machines.

When voters sign in at a voting location, poll workers insert a voter access card into the Poll Pad tablet and encode it for that voter. The card is then inserted into voting machines to display the proper ballot for that voter. The glitch apparently prevented poll workers from encoding those cards.

“Morgan County poll workers did a great job of quickly moving to emergency backup procedures so that voters were able to continue voting,” Doran said. She said Dominion technicians fixed the issue.

The counties devised a workaround in some cases by having poll managers use their own card and a code to initialize the voting machine for each voter. But this caused long lines at some precincts.
