It has nothing to do with how software is actually produced.

It is his claim that voting numbers are being intercepted between the precincts/counties and the state, altered and then sent on their way to the destination. That is the deluded nonsense.

Sorry, but that is a massive fail.

The originating program, in the vote counting machine, can alter the outgoing numbers easily. The receiving program (on the tabulating machine) would recognize the (previously altered) return count as valid.

Change either the receiving or sending end, and an “acknowledged” count is not fraudulent.

Would you like to try again, or are you done with trying to use non-professional paraphrases to defend you indefensible position?
