I agree that SCOTUS could very well find that PA’s court change if the voting law was unconstitutional.
However, I think they will not be able to come up with a remedy at that point. At the most, they may suggest that the House apply a remedy (eg in regard to Electors).
If so, extreme pressure will need to be exerted.
