We know the places they count the ballots. We know the cities where this always happens. Why the eff don’t we set up complex and well trained surveillance teams?

This is easily explained. Detroit is in Wayne county, known for its impassable roads since the ever nefarious Trump administration neglected and destroyed the infrastructure. The ballots simply arrived from polling places in a remote community in the county. Shortly after the close of the election at 8 pm, the ballots left the polling places and headed directly to the counting center. Each journey involved eight hours of nighttime travel over foreboding terrain through the dangerous nighttime darkness. The drivers went as quickly as legally and safely possible and made no stops along the way. Because of a lack of operable vehicles in this deeply impoverished area, each driver perhaps had the obligation to carry ballots from several polling places in relatively close proximity. Why three vehicles? Perhaps they traveled in a caravan for safety. Why plates from other states? The impoverished county probably doesn’t own enough vehicles, and neither do its election workers. Therefore, the county used rentals or contracted with suppliers from other states.
