The Luzerne County (PA) election staff is currently under FBI investigation after several ballots were mishandled and thrown out. All the mishandled and tossed ballots were for President Trump.

I think we all strongly suspect fraud on a large scale due to the pattern of where the problems have occurred - large urban areas with Democratic Party control such as Philly, Detroit, Milwaukee, etc. The problem is that even if you could prove that x-thousand votes were cast fraudulently, there is no way to go back and pull the specific ballots cast in order to back them out. If the election is won by a margin of say 11,000 votes and you can prove that 14,000 fraudulent ballots were cast (by, say, dead people or non-citizens) you cannot go back into the accumulated paper ballots, and find the specific ones cast by the 14,000 real or imaginary, but unqualified, voters.
Voting is an information system, but it is still treated as a primitive system. The normal meta-data that you would collect in any inventory or accounting system used commonly in business is simply not there in most voting systems. It makes it impossible to reform an election count after the fact. If a court was shown fraud on a scale large enough to changes the result they could simply order a new election be run. But unless the system for conducting the election and tabulating the results is changed - don’t expect the result to differ.
Fraud is easy to perpetrate with mail in ballots, and if you simply re-run and election with the same method... You will get the same corruption in the same locations.
Step 1 - create a software platform commissioned by the Federal government that will be made available to all levels of governments on which and elections can be administered with security and transparency. Offer it free of charge to state and local governments. Offer generous grants to state and local units to help them implement the system. Tabulation of an election is a simple matter of accumulating information, but with a proper system for auditing, that protects the privacy of the voter, while allowing the correction of fraudulent votes discovered after the fact, voting across the country could recover integrity and precision.
Step 2 - enhance the methods for identification of voters and implement strict front end controls on who casts ballots in the first place.
In Delaware county election officials were caught on tape filling out ballots in the middle of the night.
In related news, the SPLC-FBI promised to expedite the investigation after one of the staffers was discovered to have a little “noose” hanging from his garage door at home.

Were they actually filling in blank ballots, or were they simply filling in ovals that voters only bother to partially fill? I read elsewhere that there are people who do that so the person’s vote can actually be counted, as opposed to a hanging chad, in which case, who the H knows what that voter wanted.

I also read that military ballots are larger, so the votes need to be transferred to regular ones — I guess for the machines to handle them —, which admittedly can be a place where major fraud could take place.

Here in NH we are required to preserve the Early Vote (mailed in) ballot Envelopes. In case of the need for a recount. The outer envelope is the Affidavit one, and it has the name and signature of voter on it. I was a Poll Watcher this week, it’s a way to track who voted... Not sure about other states, but I read that the Cheating States (CS’s) were tossing all the envelopes out for the faux ballots “found,” and not saving them at all. Gee what a surprise.

They could have been fixing defective ballots. That is entirely legal. But I heard that whoever took the video thinks it was blank ballots.
