They Just Keep 'Finding' Ballots to Count in Georgia, and It Doesn't Make Any Sense
Red State ^ | 11/05/2020

Posted on 11/05/2020 10:58:48 AM PST by SeekAndFind

As I’ve noted before, I’m generally one of those people who view election night results I’m unhappy with from an “okay, so and so won, I’m gonna grumble about it for a bit and then get to work countering their agenda” perspective. My first thought is usually not to allege the election was not “STOLEN!” It’s “what can our party do better so that we can get the results we want next time around?”

But when things look fishy and smell stinky, they definitely deserve a calling out, and some of the things going on in the state of Georgia right now deserve a lot more sunlight than they’re getting from the national media.

My RedState colleague Brandon Morse reported earlier about how Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced today that some counties in the state somehow forgot to click the “upload” button when submitting updated vote totals for their respective areas. Not surprisingly, the counties were blue counties.

What should also be sounding off alarm bells for all Georgia voters as well as the Republican party and the Trump campaign is that the number of votes “left to count” in Georgia conveniently keeps rising. Normally when votes are counted, the numbers left to count should be decreasing. Instead, they are going up in Georgia.

Check out what WSB-TV tweeted this morning:

NEW: Georgia Secretary of State just said LIVE on Channel 2 that there are now under 25,000 ballots left to be counted and should be done by noon today.

As of 6:20 a.m.,18,540 votes separate Trump and Biden according to SOS website: https://t.co/ol9E9A8XEh pic.twitter.com/jWwEB39wjG

— WSB-TV (@wsbtv) November 5, 2020

But then:

UPDATE: The Secretary of State's Office says there are actually 50,000-60,000 uncounted ballots remaining as of 8:30 a.m., more than initially thought early this morning: https://t.co/27Al5xzlvc

— WSB-TV (@wsbtv) November 5, 2020

And later:

Latest update from @GaSecofState is 61,000 outstanding ballots. Here’s a breakdown by county pic.twitter.com/0kEDIr6c9V

— Justin Gray (@JustinGrayWSB) November 5, 2020

I’m sorry, but this just doesn’t make sense. Why are the numbers rising when they should be decreasing? I’m with this guy:

Am I the only one who finds it somewhat odd that the number of votes remaining to count has been steadily rising all morning? Does the Sec of State need a math lesson, are the county offices incompetent or is something strange going on? Help me here. Please.

— Lance Anderson (@Darkhawque) November 5, 2020

On top of that there are the provisional ballots and military ballots that need to be counted, the numbers of which we don’t have:

Important to note that Georgia’s outstanding vote totals do not include provisional ballots or military ballots – it’s unclear how many of those there are. Those need to be in/resolved by Friday and ballots needing “cured” also have Friday deadline.

— Justin Gray (@JustinGrayWSB) November 5, 2020

Georgia’s got a big transparency issue going on right now on a number of fronts, and Raffensperger is coming off as a front guy for what at the very least looks like gross incompetence on the part of the election officials at the county level in Georgia.

As is the case with what the state board of elections is doing here in NC with outstanding absentee ballots that are not yet accounted for, the “forgetting” to upload vote totals and the “finding” of extra votes to count that just so happen to be in blue areas of Georgia inspires zero confidence in the process and only causes more people to question whether or not the election result numbers are genuine or have been massaged in some way to help put Joe Biden over the top.

The margin between Trump and Biden in the state right now is razor-thin, and the next state “called” for Biden could put him near or over 270. Trump should be having lawyers blanketing the state like a blizzard in the wintertime. This stinks to high heaven.

We knew this crap would happen, they’ll be finding ballots into next year and I’ve been asking all month WHY the hell was this allowed?

How is it that Florida, a much more populous state in multiple time zones was able to have a complete count around midnight Tuesday?

Any state that suddenly finds ballots is suspect.

It’s a darn shame Georgia doesn’t have a Republican Governor.

I’ve seen this before in WA state - kept ‘FINDING” ballots until they had enough to declare victory. Dino Rossi tried to fight it but eventually gave in.

It’s so obvious. Not one vote should be counted until you know the total number of votes that were submitted. This is not rocket science. They are crooks and whatever the President decides to do, I’ll back him

Dhimmicrats perfected this form of fraud in the Washington state gubernatorial race of 2004 where they fortuitously kept finding ballots.....until they had enough to win.

It is horrendously expensive to challenge (but not to defend) and the deck is severely stacked against the challenger.

Vote fraud is the one thing that Dhimmicrats are really really “good” at.

I have devised the proper method of overseeing future federal elections, and it is fully constitutional.

Article IV Section 1

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

Simply put, Congress must put rules in place to allow officials from one state to do the counting of votes in another state not their own.

Think of it as being like the final scene in the Kevin Costner movie The Untouchables when he swaps juries from another case.

We must make it so that there are no partisans in a state counting their own votes. Each state can have their own elections officials who count the votes in statewide races if they choose, but federal elections should be counted by officials from outside their own state, using the "full faith and credit" clause of the Constitution.

RE: Dino Rossi tried to fight it but eventually gave in.

We can’t allow another Dino Rossi or another Norm Coleman (Minnesota) to happen NATIONALLY. This is going to set a very bad precedent for future elections and our Republic. IT HAS TO STOP -— *NOW* !!

“How is it that Florida, a much more populous state in multiple time zones was able to have a complete count around midnight Tuesday? “

Florida could start counting mail-in ballots before election day, other states had to wait until until election day.

As a Georgia poll worker that error is unforgivable. You cannot close a poll without doing this. AnD there are paper trails thT must match machine totals.

In Georgia EVERY absentee ballot has a unique ID. The state knows when it was requested, for which valid voter, at what address and it is mailed to them. The state knows the .ailing date. These ballots CAN be surrendered during early voting or placed in a secure envelope OnLY during early voting.

As of 2 NOV a voter had to bring an absentee ballot, in person , to the county office, or vote in person electronically. CANCELLIMG that absentee ballot in the system.

A Georgia polling location CANNOT accept absentee ballots on election day. There is no forgetting to upload the number of paper blots- absentee or provisional.

In Georgia the machine, a giant scanner, reads and stores your vote on TWO separate solid state hard drives. One is removed and submitted with the paper ballots removed from the machine. The other hard drive stays in the machine with a metal wire tamper seal. There is NO calling in votes, just numerical totals. Your paper copies of how many voted HAS to match the numbers on the tape you print out and the poll closing- printed from the scanner. And those numbers HAVE TO match the numbers totaled from the tablets where you mark up your electronic ballot.

If the county and the state can’t match all this up, someone needs to got to jail.

Posting in a hurry from mobile. Forgive the errors.
