I wish I knew why this was allowed to happen. Let me make a wild-aarse guess: I hope nobody bashes me for making this guess but I'm just throwing it out there as one (of many) possibilities:
Everyone's been criticizing SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts for voting with liberal Justices last month to allow Pennsylvania to conduct its planned election scam. But let's say Roberts instead voted with conservative Justices, preventing Pennsylvania from pulling its election scam. Maybe Roberts thought then you'll have Democrats across the country screaming that Trump and his Supreme Court is suppressing the vote (and thus automatically handing the election to Trump).
So instead, Roberts sides with liberal Justices, letting Pennsylvania pull its planned election scammery. Combine that with many other Democrat-controlled states' similar ongoing election scammery, and it makes it patently obvious to the world what desperate TDS-Democrats are doing. And maybe Roberts was also thinking Amy Coney Barrett will soon be confirmed so when Trump obviously brings the Democrats' election scammery to the SCOTUS, it can rule for Trump with an overwhelming 6-3 majority (which maybe the whole country will accept). Heck, after seeing the Democrats' Mass Election Scammery, maybe even one of the liberal Justices might (temporarily) switch sides, making it a 7-2 decision in favor of Trump. Nobody in their right mind could rationally fight against a 7-2 SCOTUS decision.
Just a thought that popped into my head. I admit I could be waaaaaaay off-base on this one.
