Devina Singh, 24, was filmed yelling at an officer in Manhattan before spitting into his face, despite the risk of infecting him with coronavirus.
She could also be heard shouting all kind of bad words towards the officer. She was one of more than 50 people arrested during a night of unrest in New York.

It always amazes me how shocked these a-holes are, when they’re apprehended after assaulting a police officer. Thanks to the liberal D.A.’s who cut them loose without charges, they seem to think they can assault a cop, without getting a reaction from that cop. It is a crime. But spitting on anyone should be and like I said I am leery about selective enforcement of the law creating a two-tiered system.
She should be arrested. But when Antifa rioters burn down buildings of civilians and are not arrested and in some cases cheered on by government officials, I have to wonder about the government's priority.

Spitting on a cop would seem to warrant felony assault charges at a minimum.
