A sickening feeling is spreading among some of the smarter Democrats that they have royally screwed up their election strategy. The plan that seemed so smart, once they realized that COVID was a golden opportunity to distract from President Trump's massive foreign policy and economic triumphs, is backfiring.
The plan, in short, was to terrorize Americans with fear porn over the purported dangers of COVID (despite it being 99%+ survivable for all but those over 70, and despite huge progress in therapeutics driving the survival rate even higher), while emphasizing mail-in voting for their base. Republicans, they thought, could be discouraged from in-person voting on Election Day, and with compliant state governors, A.G.s, and secretaries of state extending deadlines for mail-in votes, the margin of victory could be manufactured in the days afterward.

I would think their plans B through ZZZ are riots, riots, and more riots.

Then the people who weren’t planning to vote at all, but were assigned to that location, and see the attacks as a Demonrat ploy add votes to the R column.
I’m more concerned that the pollworkers lie and say people have a 100 degree fever and turn them away than anything else.
Yes, but really would mess up everything with lawsuits flying everywhere and anywhere as a delay tactic. Creating chaos would be the goal which sets the tone of mistrust if facing a bad loss.

Keep in mind I am not being very serious, just considering possibilities no matter how wild they seem.
Well there's the problem: they're reading the Times when it's proper use is for wrapping fish, lining bird cages, picking up dog droppings and packing dishware.
My point exactly.
“Just go vote tomorrow and loudly cough or sneeze every couple minutes and keep saying how bad you feel while you stand in line. Let’s see how scared they are.”
My wife was working the polls and was thrown out because she was coughing. Even though it was just Allergies. They were afeared.
