Vanity: Need some FR account/profile tagline HELP!

Hi -- been around here since about 1998, and comment somewhat frequently, so I'm not exactly a newb, but find myself in need of some forum help.
Specifically, I want to change my tagline. I used to have one that I liked, but it somehow got changed. I changed it to what shows up there now several years ago, but would like to change it again, and I can't find where it's stored in my profile or account. (Tried to use search to find it, with no luck...)
Is it as simple as: Change it when writing a reply to a post, and then it will be 'Sticky' after that?

Maybe that’ll be the change for the next 20 years...
Guess a state flag could be useful, in giving anyone curious about my location a general non-specific demographic.
But honestly, I’ve never thought anybody would care about any personal information about me. I don’t mind sharing it, just never gave it any thought. If someone sends a PM, they often find out that I’m very animated, candid and conversational.
