Seriously, Obama, campaigning in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the “Hiding” Democrat, Traitor, Joe Biden, looked like and spoke like he was stoned from A-Z!!! No doubt in any sane, objective, mind...Ex-POTUS, Barack Hussein Obama, known fondly by many of his die hard supporters, as “The Magic Negro, With His Magic Wand”..... has neither any magic at all, or a magic wand. Obama has seen his best days...the game is long over for him and Biden!!!

Hypothetical
If Biden/Harris wins. Then they remove Biden a year into the term. Can we Harris run for President in 2024 and 2028? Essentially having a 12 year term?
A president can serve no more than ten years. At best, a VP can take over for the current president with 2 years exactly left on his/her term, and then get reelected twice as POTUS.
Under the 22nd Amendment, a person who succeeds to the Presidency can only run once, unless they will have served less than half of the current term.
If President X dies in office in their first year, Vice-President Y becomes President but can only run once more. If President X dies in their third year, Vice-President Y can run twice after becoming President.
This effectively maxes out a President at 10 years, assuming a President dies or resigns at 12:01 Eastern Time on January 20th after the mid-term election.
