I live in Montgomery County Maryland. Most of my neighbors are liberal Democrats and Trump haters.
So far no vandalism or other attacks.
A neighbor down the street and another one block over congratulated me on the sign but said they did not want to put up a sign because they were concerned about what might happen to them or their property.
Daughter up in New Hampshire put several in her yard.. with a warning to leave them alone and trail cameras setup.. so far so good !!
Take it down at night, or else it will be stolen.
Only display it during the day, when anyone attempting mischief may be deterred by the possibility of being seen.
fingers crossed for you! My former boss was a huge lib and lived in Monkey County- until it got ruined and he moved his family to Potomac. But believe me he voted for alll the stuff that ruined the county before he left.

Any sign you put in the yard can and will be held against you in The Court of Public Opinion.

No yard sign, need to get one. I did put a Trump sticker on my car last night.
That is a really good idea—put sign up during the day, take it down at night.
At yesterday’s rally in Carson City I was surprised to hear “I did it my way” played in the run up to the rally. That at the time that it was an odd music choice. Still do in that setting.
I live in Moco near Howard... as its more rural there are also occasional Trump signs, esp as you cross into Howard. In 2016 I saw some of the larger Trump signs defaced... so far so good. Could also be that Covid has driven people indoors.

I have a TRUMP sign in my yard. But it is monitored 24/7 by Arlo. Also, by Gaston Glock. LOL! And Dr. Kalashnikov as well.
We put up our Trump signs on Saturday.
I live in South Tempe AZ, where all the overpaid retired/not retired scum university professor and public school teachers live. I live in a very nice neighborhood, and I am NOT a scumbag overpaid public sector employee.
There are at most half a dozen Biden signs that I can spot in the neighborhood.
Mr. Roo Roo and I have FOUR standard sized Trump yard signs in our front yard. We also have a 3 ft by 5 ft Trump flag spread out and nailed above the garage door.
It’s huge and awesome! We also have a handmade sign in the front yard which says “This yard is being monitored by video camera.”
I’m bringing my yard signs in at sunset every night. Stealing and vandalism tends to happen after dark and I’m not taking any chances.

I have 2 very large Trump flags at the front gate with a sign saying “Area under surveillance with a sniper on duty”...Been up for 10 days no problems.

Some sign “depots” recognize the problem, and found a workable policy:
Any sign host that puts up a Trump sign, the “depot” will provide as many replacement signs as required to keep one there till election day.
This works well - so few are putting up signs, and there is plenty in the “depots”, that any host location can be supplied and maintained to the frustration of the snowflake jerks that steal them.
There really is a Monkey County??
