On Friday a Michigan Court prevented Democrats from accepting late ballots 14 days after the election.
This is wonderful news for election integrity.

Evidently, the presidents legal team has been taking care of business, unlike his lily-livered predecessors.
OK...Thanks...

Yes, it seems so. Thank God!
What other states still have extended counting (if any)?
Murder is illegal too........

“Fabulous news. The 3 battlegrounds all run by Dems had this ballot extension scheme to figure out how many mail in ballots they needed to produce after election day to swing their state electoral votes back to Biden. Mich, Wisc and PA. Michigan and Wisconsin both have been overturned. Now only Pa remains to be overturned.”
Only those 3 states, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, had extended counting periods?
2 yrs
Just kidding
I’m glad the legal team has been working on these voting issues, but I don’t understand why they didn’t get on this the minute Trump was elected in 2016 instead of seemingly waiting until the very last minute.
From the Federalist Society:
“...it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be.”
Our SOS just announced that she is overriding the state constitution and banning open carry of firearms at polling places. These people are doing a full court press on our rights. Lib females should never be allowed to hold public office.... period
No, there were others but I was referring to the three big battlegrounds that are controlled exclusively by Democrats where the risk of fraud is highest and where their loss of electoral votes would have the biggest impact
What is to stop them from accepting the ballots and claiming they received them earlier? It is the darkest democrats who are counting those votes.
Fantastic! So happy to see that so many of our States highest courts CARE about election integrity!
Trump. 2020. Landslide! Make It So, FReepers! :)
“So how long after the election can they accept absentee ballots?”
15 days
The article does not mention a counting deadline. Only when the ballots must be received. That worries me.
Thank God for that.
ZERO days.
