Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, pointed out Monday evening that some coronavirus patients experience a “reversal” after they start to feel better.
“He looks fine as you can see the way he looked when he came out of the hospital,” Fauci told CNN’s Chris Cuomo.
“The issue is that he’s still early enough in the disease that it’s no secret that if you look at the clinical course of people sometimes, when you’re five to eight days in, you can have a reversal. A reversal meaning going in the wrong direction and getting into trouble.”

It is true what Fauci is saying. We all have known that to be true since March. I’m not surpised that it is he who is coming out in public and saying it. Seems like he never has anything positive to say, but he is right on this.
Your symptoms are mild at the begininning, then you seem to be getting better and on the last 2 or 3 days before the 14th day BANG - you’re on a ventilator or worse.
In my opinion, based on what we’ve been told since March and based on what had happened to some famous people who did die with the virus that were doing well until the end - I do not feel Donald Trump at this point is out of the woods. I pray and hope he is though.
That said, why does Fauci feel the need to comment in public about Donald Trump’s case. Number one, is he President Trump’s doctor? I think he is not. And even if he was Trump’s Doctor, it’s still unethical for him to come out with such comments regarding Trump’s medical situation.

Yes, it is (in general). Covid does go bad near then end of the 14 days. But Fauci needs to not be commenting on a patient’s situation and especially one that he’s not seeing or treating.

Would anyone in their right mind have Fauxi as even a family doctor at this point? Can you imagine being discharged by Fauxi and him glaring at you with those dead eyes and saying, "I'll see you soon after your reversal."
