Don’t Blame Trump - Wearing A Mask: My Body My Choice
Noisy Room ^ | October 5, 2020 | Daniel John Sobieski

Despite no study anywhere and ever, peer-reviewed, double-blind, or whatever has shown masks to be 100 percent effective in blocking the spread of COVID-19, the jackals in the Democrat Party and the legacy media (sorry for the redundancy) are blaming President Trump for contracting the Chinese Wuhan virus, saying he had it coming and invited it through his propensity for not wearing a mask in certain situations. These buzzards circling his bedside at Walter Reed Medical Center have long called his campaign rallies “super-spreader” events, unlike the riots and protests which are magically COVID-proof.

No medical journal or institution has ever said we could get the COVID-19 infection rate down to zero. It is a nasty, pernicious virus, made in and deliberately allowed to spread worldwide by China. No one can pinpoint the exact moment or source of any individual’s infection. So to say if you had done x, y, or z you wouldn’t have gotten infected is absolute nonsense. You can mitigate your risk but not eliminate it.

Masks have returned as an over-hyped preventative, but in fact, they prevent little. As even the sainted and hypocritical Dr. Anthony Fauci has noted, unless you are wearing a custom-fitted N95 mask that medical professionals wear, masks provide more emotional security than actual protection. People are constantly touching their face and adjusting them. They pull them under their chin or let them hang from their ears as Joe Biden loves to do, spreading virus particles to other parts of the body and other people.

My wife is a surgery nurse. We have these blue and yellow masks that we were in stores and restaurants when required. Sho told me they don’t wear that type mask in surgery. What type do you wear? She says there are special surgery masks that are made of material that you can’t see light through.
Hmm, so what exactly is the point in wearing these gauze type masks again?
If you say it’s to prevent me from causing someone to get sick and die, I have to ask, how long does it take?

The mask mania has morphed into a religious cult of sorts. Masks might prevent someone hawking a loogie into your face, but that’s about it. Funny how people claim they work; yet, there are still new “cases” logged every day.

It’s got nothing to do with safety, and everything to do with control.

yes, i get my mask in bulk from my relatives in Taiwan, no chinese crap for me. you can’t trust how they’re made. and those commie basterds are even printing ‘made in taiwan’ counterfeits too recently.

the crappy cloth homemade diy masks also does not work.

if you take a drop of water and put it on these Taiwan masks, they do not seep thru. yeah i can still breath comfortably.

my body my choice, i’m not going be a karen and tell/force others to wear a mask.

I used to think that people could never convince me to despise them so much. 2020 and numerous political hacks proved otherwise.

“My body, my choice” only works for women wanting an abortion. Hypocrisy much?

Despite smoking becoming much less popular than it once was, cigarettes still kill half a million people per year in the USA alone. And in our state, Washington the marijuana “industry” is now far larger than tobacco and booze combined. Most of it is smoked. Marijuana advocates would have you believe that it is safer than tobacco and booze, but this is not supported by facts.

In my state they were still in the process of considering marijuana legalization when the public-service ads were already showing up on the radio -- with contact information for a non-profit organization that was established to help people with marijuana-related health problems (physical and mental).

There's no getting around the fact that there are entire industries in this country that only exist to "solve problems" that people only have to deal with because the government allows it.

Amen.
I pray for a return to the common sense of, I am an American, and I can/will decide for myself and my family.

Marijuana has basically been ignored in the state of Washington for the past 50 years and probably before that. When I was a teen in the 70s they already had legal pot accessory shops and it was easier to find a pot dealer than a 7-11. I really didn’t think that legalization would make much of a difference. But, boy was I wrong! Legalization has caused consumption rates to go up an incredible amount to the point that the marijuana “industry” is now larger than alcohol and tobacco combined. And you can buy hard liquer here in every grociery store, Costcos and just abouot every other place you can get a soft drink.

And these people don’t just smoke it every once in a while... they smoke it all day long. We used to respond to people with lung disease who were smoking cigarettes when we arrived. Before I retired we were responding to people with breathing difficulties who were smoking pot when we arrived and would not stop. There is no reaasonable way to conclude that marijuana smoke is less harmful to people than tobacco smoke.

Big Marijuana is going to find itself in the same situation as Big Tobacco in a few years..pertaining to THC levels and schizophrenia.

Common sense isn’t common anymore. Just look at the people wearing their face diapers in their own homes, in their cars, out in the middle of nowhere. It’s become a religious tradition like genuflecting in a Catholic Church.
