Multnomah County district attorney Mike Schmidt has dropped the most serious charges against Joseph Robert Sipe, the *ALLEGED* rioting terrorist who *ALLEGEDLY* threw a giant Molotov cocktail at police in Portland last night. Charges of First Degree Attempted Murder, First Degree Arson, First Degree Attempted Assault, and Attempt To Commit A Class A Felony, which all fall under Class A and B felonies, were all dropped. Only the Class C Felony charges of Riot and Unlawful Possession Of A Destructive Device remain.

That’s actually okay. The US Attorney in Oregon will file Federal charges, which will result in longer prison sentences than the state charges anyway. It may take a few weeks, but it will happen.

This is exactly the same as local sheriffs and prosecutors protecting KKK members in Mississippi in the early 60s.
It is called violating civil rights of the victiims under color of law.
The DA should be arrested immediately.
Yeah. They find creative ways to throw cops in jail, but let terrorists try to kill cops.

As I’ve commented on another thread, Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt has just publicly stated that anyone can throw a Molotov cocktail at him and they won’t be charged.
They have already been filing federal charges against people who were arrested for attacking the police but were released by the DA.
