As we reported this morning, two Ohio high school football players were suspended from the team after they ran onto the field on 9-11 with thin blue line and thin red line flags in support of the anniversary, and the heroes lost that day at the WTC.
The thin blue line flag represents support for police officers and the thin red line flag represents support for fire fighters.
The boys were honoring 9-11 victims and their fathers who work as a police officer and a fire fighter.
What thanks did they get for this awesome show of support for heroes? A permanent suspension for the entire season!
We provided the website, email and phone numbers of the Little Miami school that suspended them for our readers to let the school know how they felt about this outrage.
Well in just a few short hours, the backlash against the school's administrators has been so great that, moments ago, they emailed 24News to let us know they REVERSED the suspension for the two players, effective immediately.

Well, maybe permanent in school detention. That is worse than being shot.
I have in my experience found school administrators basically cowards. So no surprise they caved at the first sign of push back. They are also lazy ass holes, and don’t want to risk the part time, full pay job. And finally don’t want to draw attention to their pedophile tendencies.

as a man with boys that are 10 and 13 , I both showed them the very long email I sent to the head of our police department here in Fairfax California right when all this George Floyd crapHit and there was a bunch of dirty new goods out there with F the police and whatever placards in the corner of the street and BLM signs everywhere
I wanted to show them UNEQUIVOCALLY!!!!that we citizens who care 100% support the police department.
In my letter of support I’ve stated all the things that police do !
and there’s hundreds of them !! from traffic fatality investigation and enforcement ; to helping the fire department; to dealing with people and traumatic situations ; to dealing with dangerous people ; people on drugs ; you name it!!! Birthing babies !
I feel just in this little case alone ( and that court case out of Pennsylvania where they slap down the ability of government to impose blanket shut down orders )
I think we’ve turned the tide!!!
It’s OK to love the country !! love the flag !!! and want you protect her !!!
and state this love loudly and clearly in the face of those that want to destroy her. And all the good that she stands for
I would hate to think that they would still draw paychecks.
The people who put pressure on the high school need to demand the firing of the moron who suspected the two students.
Admin passing the buck and putting the onus on the coaching staff.
I bet their ears will be burning for a week, though.
And above all - no free thinking! You should always ask and receive permission to honor police and firefighters and to be sure to run it through the board of education first. There will be no stepping outside the line you have been given - all must comply.

The left may not like the idea but there is truly a difference between right and wrong..
So I read the letter of explanation from the Board of Education. I am not impressed. Wasn’t an apology for suspending these kids by any means and they made it absolutely clear the only flags that will be allowed are the school flag and old Glory. I do understand they don’t even want to ‘go there’ as far as potential of other ‘political’ flags but it seemed they sure sounded stiff - unrelenting - I just don’t see it was such a big deal. Really?? “Suspension until investigation is completed” for something like this? The article said originally it was suspension for the season. Now I could even see a Trump or Biden flag, or BLM, or something political but an American flag thin blue line and thin red line - that was worthy of suspension??
