The date on one particular Joe Biden tweet from Oct. 2019, therefore, stands out as beyond suspicious. Just like the Washington Post’s story Biden’s tweet is a response to — about the pandemic and America’s response to a pandemic. But this was MONTHS BEFORE the pandemic in America and even months before the COVID-19 break out in China.

Interesting! Was this all planned to allow for mail-in voting, the Democrats cheating chance to beat President Trump? Remember Bill Gates had contracted contact tracing about 6 months before the virus too. Also, Biden had said China was going to help him become President. Is that what he meant? Just speculating.

FYI, the show Designated Survivor covered this scenarion back in 2017 - including how minority communities were disproportionately affected, protests, CDC responses, the whole bit.
Just watched it on Netflix re-runs a week ago. Weirdly familiar.

Interesting indeed, but it seems more likely that dumbass Biden was playing the old Democrat projection game. It became obvious early in 2020 that the Obama/Biden administration, far from building up emergency supplies for a pandemic and strengthening global health institutions, had run through emergency stockpiles and not replenished them; they also allowed a pro-ChiCom third world Marxist to take control of WHO.
