The problem with lying about something is that you often have many many things to remember when attempting to pull off a lie. And one of the big things the conveniently anonymous sources for the Atlantic Magazine smear article forgot to remember when they claimed that President Trump called war dead "losers" and "suckers" was the presence of former National Security Adviser John Bolton, no friend of Trump, who firmly denied hearing Trump saying that even though he was the present with him during the time frame in question. However, rather than concede that the smear has fallen apart, Brian Stelter is now begging the anonymous sources to come forward to lie in public. If those conveniently anonymous sources are smart they will continue to keep themselves in the shadows rather than going down in history as willing to lie for political reasons. Meanwhile, poor Stelter is out there begging, BEGGING these completely Unreliable Sources to come forward despite Bolton disproving their lies.

Nobody believes this nonsense outside of the ANTIFA terrorist base called Democratic Party. Trump has always, even before running for POTUS, talked great about cops and military. He has worked to fix the disgrace the VA’s became under Ozero and Sleepy Joe Biden. Wanna talk disrespect to our veterans. Look at those hospitals under Obozo. Has POTUS ever not did a military memorial service except for this one?
Now TWO years later and TWO months before election we hear this nonsense about anonymous sources like the fake ass Russian crap the NYT spewed for three years. All turned out to be fake / lies.

Larry O’Connor (and I’m sure others) found it absurdly interesting that the Dems could roll out the kinds of political ads they did on the heels of this report.
CNN now of course is saying Trump lied about calling Melania and saying how upset he was about not being able to go to the cemetary. However, Melania was on the trip with him and not in the US. John Kelly replaced the President at the cemetary visit and President stayed at the Ambassadors house.
Could it be President called back to Amb.Home to tell Melania he couldn’t go to the cemetary?
There was a time when journalists verified their sources BEFORE they ran a story. It’s too bad that real journalism is no longer taught or practiced. It’s ironic that in the era of so much technology there is so much ignorance.
Yup! This smear was absolutely ORCHESTRATED! Too bad for them that John Bolton didn’t play along with the smear. Ironically, the fact that Bolton turned against Trump gives his denial of the smear credibility.

Can you imagine the motorcade on French highways. What a mess that would be w/o 2 weeks preparation. This is rediculous.
If these sources come out, their stories will be quickly discredited, and they will be fools and laughingstock. Good only as future CNN contributors.
Also, if these people come out, they may be called under oath, and that will be the end of this little game.

Nice as that may be, an oath means nothing to these people. They’d lie even knowing what the consequences are...probably because they somehow know there’s no one who would punish them for it.
