Immediately upon arrival in Milwaukee on his way to Kenosha, Wisconsin today, Joe Biden broke a big COVID-19 Social Distancing rule, namely NO handshaking. Got that, Joe? NO HANDSHAKING! Yet as soon as Joe got off the plane what did he do? He shook someone's bare hand with his own bare hand as you can see.
