How do you deal with your "big boss" who condones all the PC nonsense?
This is college. The latest pontification refers to Jacob Blake and the "Dream" speech.
Is there anything I can do to stop this? It's sickening. Would sending all her presumptuous pontificating over the years to FOX be good?
Cut his funding, by any means necessary.
The last guy that stood up to the leftist machine at his university ended up dead.

If you need your job, keep your head down. Occasionally wonder aloud to other employees whether all this communication might risk creating more division as opposed to bringing us together, in an attempt to plant seeds of doubt and bring them around. That’s likely the best you can do in this environment.
If you don’t need the job...a lot more options exist.
Do everything you can to take your salary while doing as little as possible and quietly undermining your boss’s position every chance you can.

It’s a suggestion I myself wouldn’t take.
Real toughness is hard. It’s easy to throw a punch. I’ve done those.
I’ve also spoken out when the odds were 40 to 1 against me but two of the three managers were conservatives so I was good :-)
plus I was in that investment bank for a while and I would have had a massive lawsuit if I was the only person ley go because the reason why would have been obvious.
and that was also the early 2000s and things were very different.
I hate to say it but I think I would make a small comments here or there but not buckle the company enough to get fired. They are doing it too easily these days and a very good job is something you hate to lose.
So I guess I’m a coward :-)
I don’t have a wife and kids. That’s another thing for these married guys. Is it courageous to risk your wife and kids’ roof and food.
I have no answers. In fact I should just keep my mouth shut from now on :-)

Declare a hostile work environment.
Exactly what my husband said.
He did it on an anonymous survey when he felt that too much LGBTFWGHGCHUEBXE was being pushed on the plant.
He risked no job as a result and he noticed quieting of all those in-your-face celebrations and shamings.
My job is minor, and also she never sends out for any anonymous surveys. Not sure how it would be anonymous.
Work to find out anything which can be used to force her out. Misuse of college funds, drug use, mental disorder, etc. Get good private eye specializing in that sort of dirt. If she is clean, constantly challenge her pronouncements. Defund the college. Don’t stop till she is gone.
