SCOTUS ruled orgs affiliated w Soros’ Open Society lose the protection of 1A & can be treated as international threats as this impacts supporters in the US & abroad.

Our Justice Department is a cesspit of political animus with no respect for the constitution. I hope it can be redeemed but have doubt. Bill Barr as head of the Justice Department is a good man but is fighting the “deep state” much of which is embedded in his own Department of Justice.
If Trump wins we have “a chance” of restoring law and order and constitutional law.” The left today has now resorted to riot, pillage, violence, beatings, intimidation and occasional murder. The leaders of the Democrat Party do not condemn this. Some actually approve this and the others remain silent.
The real question is why they remain silent? They think this is the ticket to power and do not care about the destruction and death.
We saw this story in 1917 in Russia, it was the Bolshevik revolution which led to millions of deaths all in the name of power. Odd is is not that 103 years later those on the left wish to repeat this evil and tragedy.
They have one tiny problem. The right is armed to the teeth and to be honest a few on the left also. The right has not rioted. The right will not riot. The right will not burn your city down, the right will not make your fear to walk down the street. The right will protect you. Many are ex soldiers of great skill. I am not but am most skilled at long range shooting and good with a pistol. We are the good guys.
When and if law and order truly breaks down the left will cower in fear of the right. Oddly they run rampant today as the right defers to legal law and order and the left does not. If legal law and order ceases law thus ceases. We wish not to do this. We will if there is no other solution. We would really rather be home with our families. We will kill in defense of our Constitution, family, and innocents with extreme skill, if that sad day every comes, which I hope not.

I lived in a few third world nations and have seen this. Sometimes it turns out good and sometimes bad. Always much blood is shed.
There are 9.4 million deer hunters in the United States and 2.4 million archery hunters. Each is a skilled sniper. Oddly the archery were mostly rifle hunters first and then wanted something more challenging. Their are many more skilled riflemen that are not hunters. I have know idea how many but they are many millions. Most are conservative.
If law an order truly breaks down, the left will lose grandly.
This group of people will not surrender their weapons.
This is a group of people that are most skilled at killing game. It is a lot harder to kill a deer than a human enemy.
An amusing note on gun purchases and ammo. There has been an incredible run on both. The hard core conservatives are not part of this. We purchased years ago. A liberal in fear of his life and his family is soon to be a conservative.
I’ve never owned a gun in my life. I try to avoid them.
But if push comes to shove and shove comes to blood (I don’t think it will) I’ll be right there with whatever gun or weapon I’ve got yelling “GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH YOU BASTARDS!!!”

While I admit that I can’t grasp legalese like I used to, since I had a little stroke or something a few years ago, I can’t see anything to really get excited about in this decision.
(I read half the 36 page PDF on the actual Supreme Court Case) While a Soros organization (The Open Society alliance) was the defendant, and lost, it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with their crooked political operations in the US... It seems to me that it just says that the Agency for International Development and Congress can decide to not give ‘HIV/AIDS relief’ money to foreign NGOs that are involved in promoting or profiting from prostitution and sex trafficking.
While this might hurt Soros in the pocketbook a bit, since he is probably getting both AIDS ‘relief’ money from us, and for being the head pimp for some sex trafficking organization, I don’t see anything that is going to slow, much less stop his attempts to destroy the USA by buying politicians and elections.
Maybe I’m wrong. It would be nice if it would give them a reason to shut down the Open Society Conspiracy and throw Soros and his spawn and minions in Guantanamo, but I just can’t see it now.
While they talk about no First Amendment Rights for foreign organizations in the decision, I don’t see them applying them to barring Soros or the US division of the Open Society from trying to buy elections for Soros Toadies and Operatives..
I see now that some previous posters came to the same basic conclusion I did, while I was reading the document and composing my previous comment.
Because Soros is one of them. He provides cover for their ops.
