President Trump announced Monday that Dr. Scott Atlas is joining the White House Coronavirus Task Force. Dr. Atlas is a former chief of neuroradiology at Stanford University Medical Center and a senior fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institution. Before joining the team, Atlas penned an op-ed in The Hill that showed his approach to the coronavirus outbreak is much different than that of Anthony “Chicken Little” Fauci, who favors draconian lockdowns and now wants people to wear goggles to avoid getting a virus that most people recover from easily....

One can only hope.
I don’t doubt for a minute Atlas is going to put together a riveting presentation with a lot of good charts.
And maybe his knowledge of the brain and thought patterns will render his presentation much better and more effective than the average conservative public health policy wonk, and I mean wonk in a good way here.
But I can hear it now, “What does a brain surgeon know about a virus?”
(Okay, so he wasn’t a surgeon. You get the idea.)
Don’t get me wrong. I’m glad he’s on the task force.
Hopefully, he puts questions to Fauci and Birx that they can’t answer and really digs into their data to uncover its flaws.
Fauci should have never been front and center. EVER.
Atlas was great last night on Tucker. Screw the press. We need to attack everything they write and say.

If I understand the rules correctly, if the Press disagrees with Atlas about anything at all, then they’re anti-Science. He is, after all, the Designated Authority.
