By this point, we’ve sadly grown used to stories about some motorist who finds themself trapped in the middle of a street that’s been shut down by a Black Lives Matter protest. When rioters begin to menace them, the frightened driver punches the gas and begins knocking down or running over demonstrators in an effort to flee for their lives. A similar – and yet very different – scene played out this weekend in the tiny town of Eaton, Colorado (population 4,365), located well to the north of Denver. But the details of the vehicular assault mark it as an incident nearly the opposite of almost all the ones you’ve been hearing about this year.

Oh and also..the A&W on the north end of town? I went in there one time for lunch and a young lady at the check out had trouble with the cash register. So she counted my change out-THE OLD FASHION WAY!!!
I asked her were she went to school. Eaton. I told her that she learned her stuff and should be proud. I gave her the change-about 15 bucks, as a tip.
First of all, the protest in question wasn’t a Black Lives Matter march. It was a Blue Lives Matter demonstration in support of law enforcement officials. Also, the driver in question hadn’t been blockaded in the middle of the street. The protest was taking place on the grassy field of a local park. And the motorist wasn’t “fleeing in terror” from anyone. He deliberately steered his SUV off of the street and went crashing across the park to intentionally run down the demonstrators. (CBS Denver)
Blue Lives Matter rally in a park. Not blocking streets. Driver veered off the road and deliberately drove through the park to hit people.

Reality is an outlier to the MSM-Democrats.
The people who surround a car and assault the driver are NOT ARRESTED. Therefore the democrat administrations of those areas are completely and totally responsible for any and all actions of the rioters, including murder, theft, arson and assault.
The couple who carried weapons to defend their property from illegal intruders will be convicted and thrown in prison.
We can thank democrats for destroying our country.

Yes but if he gets a felony conviction he will lose his lawyer license and that is just for openers.
Good for the governor! My question is, who’s covering all their legal bills in the meantime? And how long before their weapons are returned to them?
And how long before the woman in that couple takes some damn firearms classes. Because my goodness, she needs some training desperately.

It makes more sense when you learn the pistol was inoperable. They had rendered it inoperable for a previous court case.
