I’ll give the dotard a pass on this one. “Joe” and “Jill” sound a lot alike. But this whole dementia thing is no longer funny. It’s become unseemly.
To be fair, he might just have been muttering “Jill” and it came out sounding like “Joe.” It went downhill after “Good afternoon, everyone,” and the rest is all mumbled and slurred.

This woman must know that her husband is not mentally able to perform the duties of a President, hell, he can't even keep two simultaneous thoughts together for more than a few seconds.

I went back and listened on ear phones and I still think he said Joe, he might have meant Jill but it didn’t come out that way.

On the other hand, maybe he’s advocating a form of “same-sex/single party” marriage, that with oneself. “Hello, I’m Joe Biden; I married myself.”
