According to Seattle councilmember Kshama Sawant, the shooting was done by “right-wingers.” The last I saw, police had no description of the shooter(s). Does anyone have any solid facts about this?

I’m not surprised. Sooner or later, genuine BLM protesters are going to realize that the Commie left has taken them for a ride and is just using them. Especially in a city like Seattle where Antifa is much stronger than BLM. Might be different in a place with a higher black population and less history of hard-left activism.
