Enthusiasm cannot be precisely measured, but you can feel it in the excitement of the rally crowd in Tulsa and the pre-rally video clips of people waiting in line and merchants selling Trump gear and apparel.
The devil is in the details. The difference between Trump and Biden is especially stark in the promotion and publicity area. It really helps when the candidate being sold—President — Donald J. Trump — is a tremendous performer.
But it’s much more than that. The Trump political operation is blowing the Guy in the Basement away in every channel: digital advertising, rallies, public exposure, website, social media, and so much more.
Promotion in any sphere of life is a function of three things RPI – Repetition, Penetration, Impact. You must Repeat your message several times to Penetrate the mind, so you will have the right Impact -- getting enough people to show up and vote.
So how about comparing Trump and Biden in one channel alone – merchandise for sale on their website. The images below tell the story:

Think about all the Hollywood stars and celebrities who are Democrats.
I did a Google Image search on “celebrity wearing a Biden hat”.
Not a single image did I find!

Giving the red team a publicity push of 0ne million in attendance,
those of us unable to get to Tulsa
were bound and determined to be a part,
if only to view on the small tube/large screen.
The ratings for the event coverage and number of viewers took off like Elon Musk’s rocket. DJT wins again. And next round Trump’s Team will have learned the new rules and tricks of the radical left. Once known and studied, there will be an opportunity to use these to OUR advantage.
No skin lost on the red team’s noses. Would not be surprised
in the least to one day find this was the
Trump/Pascale plan from the beginning.

It’s embarrassing to be a Democrat. You can hate statues, Trump, police, and rich people, but you can’t praise any particular person, except Pelosi, I guess.

Yes, yes... the shame of wearing the hat of a “demented old fool” is the real reason the Hollywood and celebrity crowd stays away.
So when will Gallup, Rasumussen, WSJ/NBC, Fox News, and the rest use much more reliable barometers of public opinion like readiness to wear a politician’s hat?
Never. Those simple barometers are far too simple and more reliable. The pollsters have an interest in keeping Presidential polling a dark art.
The pollsters are in business to con somebody out of money or posture for advertisers (such as politicians before an election).
