A majority (55%) of likely voters surveyed thought it was more likely (much more and somewhat more likely combined) that Vice President Biden is in the early stages of dementia, while 45% thought it was less likely (much less and somewhat less likely combined). Overall, subgroups who normally approve of Trump’s job as president, were the most likely to believe Biden could be suffering from dementia.
Thus, majorities of Republicans (77% more likely/23% less likely) and Independents (56% more likely/44% less likely) thought Joe Biden had early-onset dementia; while nearly a third of Democrats (32% more likely/68% less likely) thought this was the case

Biden’s pick for VP running mate, will be the president the next 4 years, if Biden were to win.
Which is why democrats didn’t replace Biden with a younger more vibrant candidate. Democrats are shooting to replace Trump with a black woman, even if she’s unqualified to be president. The first black female president, will be there as a figurehead, while more qualified people run the government, just like happened under Obama. Democrats just care about winning and running the government, no matter who gets the title.
I bet President Trump could fluster Joe prettily easily. Joe would go into any debate thinking: “Be smooth. Don’t look confused. Be on top of things. Don’t embarrass yourself.”
As soon as Biden gives a response which is anything less than crisp, the President could say, “Did you hear that? I worry about Joe. He’s not smooth. He seems confused. I just don’t think he’s on top of things. It’s embarassing.”
I think Joe’s confidence would be shot and the quality of his subsequent answers would steadily decline.

In the current climate it will also have to be a black Lesbian member of BLM.

They have been doing sniff training on Biden in the basement to decide who gets the VP position. Biden has to recognize and match the smell to the person to pass the test.
Most people voting for that ticket know they are likely picking a yet unnamed WOC. Voting for someone not yet named but race/gender is emphasized. They should be embarrassed but Dems have no shame.
