If you think about it, it's a bit gross for that usage of the Flag.

Are you kidding? Red white and blue face masks? I can assure you, most of those hanging on to this COVID BS are leftist and liberals who fear everything and are certainly not going to wear those colors.
I wish people would learn the difference between the Flag and simple stars and stripes patterned material that was never a Flag. The swimsuit in that picture was never an actual Flag. Nobody’s cutting up a Flag to make masks. Hopefully.
The flag code only applies to that which was once a flag.
If the material is originally a mask it is fine.

That said, face masks are stupid and worthless. If you’re not sick, don’t wear one.
I went in to a home depot yesterday. An employee I was getting help from said “Do you have a mask?”
“No”
“OK, what can I help you with?”

I have a medical condition and HIPPA laws prevent you from knowing what it is. Argument is over.
I have a white blue red one that looks like the Russian flag.
