77% of truck drivers say they will not deliver to far left cities with defunded police departments.
Nor should they.
Truck driving is a dangerous profession.
Far left mayors and violent rioters make it deadly.
Here’s a scene from a “peaceful protest” last week that did not end well for the trucker.

Via CD Life:
As cities across the country are discussing defunding or disbanding their police departments, truck drivers are voicing concerns of safety. Seventy-seven percent of truck drivers say they will refuse to deliver freight to cities with defunded police departments.
Truck driving is historically ranked as one of the most dangerous jobs in the country. In 2018, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistic reported truck driving as the most deadly job in the country.
Truck drivers have spent the last year on the front line of a global pandemic and protests. Now many are fearful of what might happen if police departs disband or are defunded.
Truck drives have been voicing their concerns on the CDLLife App. After reading about their concerns, CDLLife posted a poll on the app.
We asked drivers on the app, Would you pick up/deliver to cities with defunded or disbanded police departments? Why or why not?
To date, 77% of drivers say they will refuse loads to cities with disbanded or defunded police departments.

Why is this not 100% refusal?
This is playing out like ‘Atlas Shrugged’.
All they need to do is review the tape of what happened to Reginald Denny during the Watts Riots.
23% are afraid to answer honestly.
Herein lies the solution
RE: Why is this not 100% refusal?
Well, while we’re at it, why do most polls have a HUGE double digit number of people who never answer yes or no to a question/issue?
For example — If the elections were held to today, would you vote for Trump or Biden?
When you add the number of those who will vote for Biden and Trump, they never reach 90%.
Here’s another — Are you in favor of dismantling the police? Again, the Yes/No answers add up to only 80%. What happened to the other 20%?
Truckers are a practical bunch. The other 23% will do it, but demand double or triple-rates.
These gomers want autonomy and lawlessness. Let's let them have it, hard and loud.
Good for the truckers. Truckers can think multiple steps ahead. Your average rioting leftist cant even think where his next meal is coming from.
That and fuel. Game over.
They should stop ALL Deliveries today to any city that allowed the Rioting and Looting
When people were talking about charging the truck driver who didnt stop when confronted with protestors on a bridge, my comment was his defense is I didnt want to be Reginald Dennyed.
And youre not a peaceful protester any more if youre taking over the street and blocking traffic.
Obviously racist drivers. Should be willing to lay down their life for the cause.
“Peaceful protest” is an oxymoron.
With accent on the “moron” part.
If I were a CDL, I wouldn’t deliver to Mineeapolis or Seattle, either.
Remember Reginald Denny...
You see what happens with a weak-kneed Fed Gov response? DJT has been neutered by the FBI, the DOD and the military Brass
I can see the headlines already, “New CNN poll shows that 77% of truck drivers are racist for not delivering into neighborhoods under peaceful protest”
We had to call AAA earlier this week - got a recording first thing about COVID and protest/violence areas experiencing “delays” .... I took that to mean they won’t be running calls in areas with violence, even though not explicity stated.
Big protest going on “downtown” today, a “5000 man march” .... I’ll be curious to see the actual crowd size. The big 2A rally in January was over 20K. Antifa said they were coming, but decided not to show up for some reason.
Virginias 5000 Man March happening today

Hope nobody needs AAA.
