What’s with all this censorship of movies and removing movies from these sites recently?
Liberals always tell us that they are against censorship and that they are open and tolerant.
It now we see movies from Gone With the Wind to The Help, are not politically correct and so they must be censored; we must be blocked from seeing them. The liberals who run these sites are deciding what we are and aren’t allowed to see.
I would think even Netflix board member Michelle Obama is ‘eye-rolling’ over that complaint.

The one thing they cannot ban is my memory. I had a black nanny when I was a child in the 60’s. Her name was Tillie. I called her “mammie”. My family was certainly not of any means, but those were different days, like when you had a milkman and doctors made house calls. I vaguely recall how my family helped her out. When we got our first color TV, she was given our old black and white set. All I have is fond memories of her, like taking walks to the drug store to buy penny candy or a pretzel stick. At Christmas she would give my family a basket of oranges from her family in FL. I remember her showing me on a map where FL was. (It was a jigsaw puzzle of the 50 states.) Somehow that was a big deal, at least it was to her and that made it a big deal to me. It’s weird how I can remember little things like that and I can’t recall things from last week.
The puppet masters pulling the strings of all these useful idiots have been quietly hollowing out civil society from within for decades. Now the zombies they created are finishing the job by very publicly gnawing on the hollow shell that remains.

Netflix should get rid of “To Kill a Mockingbird,”
“Glory,” “A Soldier’s Story,” “In the Heat of the Night,” and “Ghosts of Mississippi” too. Too many white saviors helping black people in those. I’m sure there are many more.
Particularly hilarious since Spike Lee (IIRC) has already denounced the “Magic Negro” character trope in films.
The Magic Negro is the black character whose only purpose in a film is to enlighten or somehow be of help to white people.
So— if Magic Negro AND Helpful White Person are both racist tropes, then ALL movies are potentially racist and any movie already made with both black & white characters must be reviewed & probably removed from circulation.
Plus we must outlaw the making of ANY future movie without prior approval of the Central Committee.
