Liberals tend to favour government fines and removal of government services for unpaid fines, instead of upfront enforcement of the law.
What I believe will happen is that liberals will create more offenses and those offenses will be enforced with fines Unpaid fines will result in an inability to get driver licenses or criminal checks.
The net effect will be to make it even harder for blacks to join society.

Yep, the big companies are already ramping up their mandatory meetings on “Racism”...No doubt they’ll be forcing all their employees having to sign documents denouncing cops, Trump, America etc...

China forces all its citizens to carry their cell phones at all times, and they are allowed to or prevented from doing things depending upon how much social credit they earned.
That’s what they want to do here.
I think liberals will want to follow the Chinese model of social points for behaving according to government desires.
New facial recognition cameras will be deployed everywhere, and people will be required to have a government app on their phones with their GPS turned on. People who go to "unsanctioned" locations will have points deducted. Visit that gun shop? Minus 100 points. Visit that vape shop? Minus 25 points. Visit that mosque? Plus 50 points. Attend a liberal rally? Plus 100 points. Attend a Trump rally? Minus 100 points.
People who have a low balance of points will be denied air travel, or low-interest bank accounts, or bus passes, or higher tolls, until their behavior conforms to approved societal norms, set by the government.
