The worst civil unrest in decades erupted in cities across the U.S. this weekend as anger sparked by the death of a black man in Minneapolis police custody touched off demonstrations nationwide as protesters torched vehicles, smashed windows and defaced buildings.
What started as a peaceful Justice for George Floyd protest turned violent thanks to fringe Progressive and Antifa activists. And their abhorrent behavior is being defended by bad-faith voices, pretending we’re under assault by white supremacists. Or, even worse, peaceful protesters who are fine with the destruction.
We’ve seen hundreds of cases where innocent Americans get beaten or their business destroyed by these looters and rioters.
What most of America missed is where are the gun owners in this situation.
Situations like this are one of the reasons why we have the second amendment.
The Second Amendment is about protecting the right of a free people to defend that freedom and to protect their families and communities from threats. One video an American patriot in Cowboy hat that surfaced recently shows why we have the second amendment.
He peacefully kicked looters out of their cigar store in Bellevue Washington on Sunday.

its clear that the cops can’t or won’t protect businesses so it’s now on the owners to protect their own property. That is the only way this will stop.
