Interesting. They get in town early to scope things out.

Funny how we can seem to sense when the bad guys are OUR bad guys vs. bad guys from out of town.

A longtime Freeper started a thread the other day. talking about what a shame it was that man lost his life (it was) and stated that he wouldn't mind if Black Lives Matter went in and "did what they do".

When people including me jumped on his suggestion to invite Black Lives Matter into the situation, he got defensive and said he wasn't advocating violence.

I thought it was ignorant of him to make that claim, because that is what they do. It is their job to inflame and incite. Paid hundreds of millions by the Ford Foundation, Soros Open Society entities, and lots of businesses who used to pay protection money to Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Coalition in the hope of avoiding being branded as racists with picketers outside their corporate headquarters.

In my part of the country, I see churches-yes, churches-with huge Black Lives Matter banners strung over the entrance, 30-40 feet wide.

A lot of people piled on that guy, rightfully so, and he wrote an opus that last I looked was going on three hundred posts.

The whole premise of Black Lives Matters is a sham.

In this short 7 minute video by Bill Whittle, he really explains a lot (and gets a lot of its derived data from the link to Heather MacDonald at the Wall Street Journal, who did the number crunching on the federally supplied numbers to reach her conclusions):

Any time the narrative comes up where there it is asserted there is an epidemic of black men being shot by police officers, here is the statistic that should lead off the ensuing conversation:

In 2015, according to federal crime statistics, a police officer of ANY race is 18 times more likely to die at the hands of a black man, than a black man is to die at the hands of a police officer.
"The Myths of Black Lives Matter" by Heather MacDonald)

Here is an excellent video from Bill Whittle that puts things in the proper perspective:

"Black Lives Matter Kills People" by Bill Whittle
It is a 7 minute video which puts it in context, and explains much.

This poster said that the issue wasn't about race and that my post was race baiting, and the best I can do is assume he doesn't know that the hullabaloo is ALL about race, at least from a mechanics perspective, and Black Lives Matter is racist at its core, operating under a racist delusion.

Underneath it is about Leftists acting out in a desperate attempt to change society as they have been losing power. These people don't give a crap about the lives of black men, if they did, they would raise their voices at the carnage in blue cities.

“The RATS have decided to repeat 1968 in 2020, and obviously they know nothing of history because they lost that presidential race that year. Mayhem in the streets are going to have more Americans crying out for Law and Order, and not giving in to the fanatical left!”

I was thinking exactly the same thing earlier today.

I saw that thread. It was about allegedly heavy-handed moderation, until JimRob posted the original thread.

Anyway, one would think these insurrectionists would not burn down what many would think is their "home turf" or, as Sun-Tzu would call it, ground of dissolution (where local interests fight among themselves on their own territory).

They should be searching for "heavy ground," and plunder it. Sun-Tzu called heavy ground "When you enter deeply into others' land, past many cities and towns..."

That means don't riot in depressed blue state cities, take the fight to red-state cities. The problem is, those cities won't lie down and take it like the blue state mayors and governors do.

So, these insurrectionists aren't acting strategically, they are acting chaotically. To them, even destroying a blue-state "friendly" city is still destruction, even if its effect isn't as devastating.

While the blue state leaders fret and wail, the red state leaders will have their resolve hardened.

“Absolutely. And the insurgency was just waiting for a “cover event” (like Minneapolis) to kick it off.”

Your analysis is the correct one. The well organized rage monkeys are —and have been for years—trained and prepared to “mobilize” at a moment’s notice, to take advantage of these situations. I gotta give them props— they’re getting better & better at it while we’re on the couch commenting.
We should be learning their tactics & preparing a counteroffensive. Is it too late?

What’s noteworthy this week is the level of public sympathy garnered by this particular cop-involved death— a level unseen in previous incidents.
This has been particularly advantageous to the commies’ mobilization efforts.
New people who have never protested before, are hitting the streets= hence, potential recruits.
They’re going for full scale revolution and this time they think there’s a real chance
Those around the White House are fantasizing they’re storming the Winter Palace.

OTOH, we seem to have quite a few FReepers insisting that George Floyd’s death itself was, instead of a mere triggering event, a “staged event” planned & apparently pre-rehearsed.

One freak keeps freepmailing me, insisting George Floyd is probably in the Cayman Islands right now, cops are always right because blacks are always criminals, and even if George Floyd really is dead, it’s his own fault for being black like all those other criminals, and he is outraged that I would suggest he is a paranoid loon or a bigot.

Sheesh.

And none of the governors are calling our their Guards. Word was Minnesota called theirs out, but they were nowhere to be seen on the streets.

"Connect the dots and find out who’s behind this, and shut them down!"

That doesn't seem to have happened since the FBI infiltrated the Weather Underground over FIFTY years ago.

RIP Larry Grathwohl, Weather Underground Infiltrator

Larry Grathwohl was a distinguished Vietnam vet who in the 1960s contacted the FBI and offered his services in infiltrating Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) and Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn’s Weather Underground. That was no small deal; it was extremely dangerous. It was a total self-sacrifice, a leap into hell on behalf of his country. He risked his life and endured some wretched things that most of us would refuse to do. For the good of his country, he became part of an ugly inner circle. He had to plunge into their dark side. Grathwohl ultimately blew the whistle on Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn and crew in sworn testimony in the 1970s and (further) in his 1976 book, Bringing Down America: An FBI Informer with the Weathermen, plus numerous times since. He testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on October 18, 1974, where he spoke at length, and under oath, about his relationship with Ayers and Dohrn, including how Dohrn personally (in Grathwohl’s words) “had to plan, develop, and carry out the bombing of the [park] police station in San Francisco.” In that tragic action by the Weather Underground in February 1970, a young San Francisco police officer named Brian V. McConnell was killed.

For the record, Ayers and Dohrn never served a minute of jail time for any of this. They would go on to Ivy League grad programs, tenured positions in academia, books on “social justice,” and, of course, giving their political blessing to Barack Obama in a chilling send-off in their Chicago living room in 1995. Today, the husband and wife are self-described “Progressives for Obama.” Not a single day in prison. As Ayers later celebrated, “Guilty as hell, free as a bird!”

Even if you send in an ultra-brave informer, nothing happens.

Where's Frank Rizzo when you need him?

(Anyone remember this photo of Rizzo's nightstick at some fancy dinner?)

That’s what I was thinking. If those bastards have any knowledge of history, those would be the top targets in Philly.

I pray to God they are not destroyed. They are the heart of the national soul (what’s left of it, at least).

Why the National Guard units haven’t been activated is beyond me.

It seems like PA was late getting in on the action. Not too much started before today.

As I understand it, there is now rioting in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh. That’s a lot of territory to cover on short notice.
