Nothing new. For years the Military Times folks had more sodomites among their writers than people whod served in uniform.
This is off topic, but as a military retiree I am eligible for some insurance through the federal government employees programs. I got an email ad for some insurance the other day. The picture in the ad had two men, one in a Navy chiefs uniform, one in civvies. The chief had his arm around the other guy. I kept looking at the picture trying to figure out what was wrong. They were too close in age to be father and son, too.....I dont know, intimate or something to be relatives. It took me a while to figure out it was a homosexual couple. I find this stuff to be disgusting and unnecessary.
Regarding Brett Kavenaugh she wrote “Lack of evidence means he wont be convicted in court, but the hearing proved him guilty of deep partisanship, which should preclude him from serving.
Notice her deep partisanship doesn’t preclude her from serving as Top Editor for the Army Times.
Great choice Army Times. Hates her Commander in chief. Are you to be trusted?
Yup.
who knew the Army Times was owned and operated by CNN!!!!
I look at the Military Times and 99.9% of the articles are crap. Nothing to see there.
It’s getting really hard to tell these days.
Sodomy is promoted. Mike Mullen made it clear that if the chaplains can’t stomach it to resign. What a contrast to General Mundy...and what a disgrace.
Obama did all he could to remove every conservative officer over O-5.
The President simply bans the distribution of Army Times on Army installations and the problem will soon correct itself. Army Times is NOT a government publication, it is private and therefore has no “right” to be on Army posts.
“A lot of the military is on team blues side.”
If you’re referring to democratic blue, you are correct. In a society, military, that has historically supported red because they support them back, the change is happening due to the education of k through 12 students in public schools. And I’m a firm believer that the only reason there are people coming into the military now is because it is what they can get out of it: money, travel, future considerations, and family support. Otherwise, we better have a push button defense or we will be over run due to lack of interest.
rwood
We should be ashamed to have them in a position to hire her.
What has been done to the armed forces by BO & political correctness is a disgrace.
Stars and Stripes has been liberal as well. People in the military are aware of this.
Many liberals among military spouses.
I was stationed in Germany; all I remember about Stars & Stripes is it cost 20 cents and sometimes (too often) there was news that a senior NCO or commander in his mid-40’s had collapsed and died while leading a PT formation.
S&S always gave it a full page writeup with an undertone of “nyah, nyah, nyah” at the tragic event. The writer must have been some doughy out of shape E-3.
But even S&S wasn’t as bad as Overseas Weekly in Vietnam, aka “Oversexed Weekly”. It was openly subversive, just like all the “underground” tabloids of the time.
I knew liberals in the Army; for some reason they were usually West Point grads.
Thanks grey_whiskers. [long rambling, detailed suggestion for remedy self-redacted] but as always I mean that in the nicest possible way.
Moderate democrat bet she thinks UFO’s and the Easter bunny are real too.
Lots of commie types moved into top positions in the military... part of Obama war on Americans...
