In 2014, The Atlantic wrote a piece by Conor Friedersdorf entitled, “In Defense of Naked Joe Biden.”
Friedersdorf objected to what appeared to be leaks from the U.S. Secret Service about Biden’s behavior when he’s out of the public eye. Author Ronald Kessler wrote in his book, The First Family Detail, that “Agents say that, whether at the vice president’s residence or at his home in Delaware, Biden has a habit of swimming in his pool nude. Female Secret Service agents find the behavior offensive.”
It’s not okay that Harvey Weinstein did it. It’s not okay that Charlie Rose did it. But when we learned in 2014 that then-Vice President Joe Biden exposed his naked body to women in the Secret Service, the media didn’t care. And the media still don’t care because Orange Man Bad.
In his New York Times best-seller, The First Family Detail, award-winning investigative reporter Ronald Kessler revealed that “Biden has a habit of swimming in his pool nude. Female Secret Service agents find that offensive.”
Friedersdorf argued that what the vice president chose to do in his own pool on his own time was no one’s business but his own and he asked why skinny dipping in one’s own pool would qualify as a scandal. Then again, there are some in the political journalism realm who would insist that “the Pence Rule” is a real scandal.
Today Biden denied allegations of sexual assault leveled against him by former Senate staffer Tara Reade, personally addressing the claims for the first time more than a month after she went public with the accusations.
“They aren’t true. This never happened,” Biden said in a written statement put out by his campaign.
But as always the mainstream media covers for creepy Joe. For a long time, Democrats benefited from a media mentality that almost always interpreted their traits through the most positive lens. Rahm Emanuel’s stabbing a table with a steak knife or sending a dead fish to some pollster wasn’t seen as a sign of psychological instability or rage issues; that behavior demonstrated he was a passionate, fiery competitor with a relentless drive. Bill Clinton was a passionate extrovert who wanted to connect with people, not a shameless womanizer. Al Gore was a brilliant, detail-oriented technocrat, not a mildly dysfunctional robot failing to fool people that he’s a human being.
This media perspective that almost all Democratic candidates’ traits can only be positive strengths, and almost never glaring weaknesses, makes a lot of Democrats fairly oblivious to the flaws of their candidates Please share this article wherever you can. It is the only way we can work around their censorship and ensure people receive news about issues that Democrats and the mainstream media suppress.

A man has a right to be naked in his own home. Why assign female SS officers to him there anyway?
It's part of their job to protect the VP. SS officers see lots of things that they wish they could unsee. Maybe they could just laugh it off and same something like "Is that all you've got?"
I think the question I have that doesn’t seem to be addressed is whether he swam nude in front of both female and male agents. If he swam nude only when he had female agents with him, then I think there’s something rather unwarranted. If he swam nude when male agents were there, then this is a nothing burger.

They shouldn’t have women agents protecting a male at all. But I can’t imagine the male agents would like it much either. But SS quality is low. Their job is to watch for threats. You don’t see them if you are staring AT the protectee, thinking about “me too.
Stories filter out regularly from the Secret Service. Leave aside whether you approve or disapprove of any president's policies. The fact remains that the Secret Service gossip that has reached the press in recent years invariably speaks very highly of the courtesy, friendliness and decency of the Reagans and both sets of Bushes. Kennedy's womanizing was a problem. The Clintons were a nightmare, and Hillary even more so than Bill. I don't recall bad stories about LBJ; my guess is that he treated staff pretty decently and that Lady Bird was a lady. Jimmy Carter seems to have been ok. Obama may have had a superiority complex and I wonder how much turning of the blind eye there may have been on certain activities, but he doesn't seem to have been a jerk to staff, so he doesn't get gossiped about. Biden does get gossiped about.
But what the hell is it with Democrats not keeping their pants on at work? Can anyone imagine Reagan doing this? Bush? Trump? But almost any Democrats will do it at the drop of a hat... or cigar.

Biden has the habit of swimming in the pool naked either at VP residency or in his own home, Secret Service agents (female or not) assigned to protect him should just grow a pair. It is not as if Biden coming on to them (female Secret Service agents), which would have constituted real assault.
Tone down the sensibility dial, will ya? How are you going to do your job if anything offends your sensibility?

He wasn’t in his home, he was outside where people—neighbors, employees, the mailman—are able to view him, which is his motive for doing it in the first place. Do you walk around your yard without any clothes on? If I were your neighbor and saw you I’d think you were a pervert.
