Any comparison between Washington and Trump is an exercise in silliness, like those rankings of the 10 “best” Presidents. Utterly meaningless.

Washington started the country on a path. Revolutionary socialists, and postwar nazis in intelligence community have been in battle and have shredded the Republic.
Trump is fighting to restore the Republic Washington helped create.

No, it states he is better at communicating.
Which especially saying “GW sounds like Jane Austen” vs “Trump relates to ‘the people’” means exactly that.
Yet it’s funny because author’s saying he’s an idiot who can’t understand high-falutin’ language but Trump is understood by the trailer park people.
And he is an idiot for not recognizing that indeed, language WAS a bit different even a century ago than it is now, so such comparisons to Jane Austen as in “elitist” are moot.
That doesn’t matter now. President Trump is a businessman who talked on a television show, but he’s the best president we’ve had for a long time.
For how long?
Since before Reagan or Eisenhower? (”long time” is a big claim)
