CNNs Kaitlan Collins was told to swap seats with print pooler Chris Johnson with the Washington Blade. The White House Correspondents Association assigns seats and access to reporters. Over the years, the Trump administration has tried to assert control over who attends the briefings with mixed results. Most recently, the administration intervened to bring OANN reporter Chanel Rion to stand in the back of the room after the WHCA tried to bar her from the room.

I think he does a great job and I have never seen anyone do a better job. Some people want things neat, phony & above the fray.
That’s not life. Life is messy you have to bob & weave while keeping your eye on the best route to the end zone. POTUS has an excellent grasp of the big picture and of how to get there.
He understand how to deal with hyenas yapping at his heels working in a pack. You show them your teeth and keep them off balance, expose their weaknesses & lies to the American people. Some people appear to think a Romney clone is what’s needed, No way.
They interrogate the President. They do not ask questions clarifying points for the story they will write. The story is already written anyway. It comes from the CIA.
Socialist distancing?
Just be there ... talk to the American people ... then leave. There is no need for press to be there just to act as an intermediary between the actual information in the briefing and the American people. We can watch the briefing ourselves.
Kaleigh is very impressive. She handled the press with grace and strength. No backing down at all.
Remove them all .... these people are not the American normal .... open the process .... this system with the press is a closed system having their FAKE status and lies..... open the process !!!
The briefings will be televised, so if they want to try to leverage anything from them they cannot act mightier than the President...
“kick em out of your house”
No. That’s OUR house. Kick them out of OUR house!
She’s dead Jim.
The fact is that CNN has abrogated its 1st amendment rights by continually printing and publishing falsehood and propaganda against the duly elected President of the United States.
As such CNN should be banned from the press room let alone moving to the back of the bus.
1st amendment rights do not protect speech whichi is false and untrue by design.A point that the administration should make to the press and impose a very strict “3 strikes , you’re out,” rule.
