I may get flamed mercilessly for this, but Joe Biden deserves to ride off into the sunset with some dignity and respect. We’re seeing more evidence every day that he’s not well, and I (sorta) wish his family and handlers would pull the plug on his candidacy. I said “sorta” because if he does pull out the Dims might find a stronger candidate. Right now Slow Joe is eminently beatable.

It is clear to me that the DNC is setting Old Joe up for purposes of yanking him off the ticket at the convention. If they were interested in protecting him (like everybody did for FDR), they wouldn’t let these slips and gaffes get out there.
As far as picking a running mate who will undoubtedly become the next Democratic president after Biden, that has probably also been decided in a smoky back room somewhere.
