Come to think of it, this mask rule and the “no arrest for shoplifting” rule really go hand in glove, don’t they?
We are one step away from: owners must open their stores, people can take what they want, and the govt pays the business owner.

Not only would you be polite...but if I owned a business and I felt it necessary to require customers to wear a face mask, I’d be damn sure to have a stock of cheap masks to give anyone who wanted to shop and didn’t have one.
It’s not quite like “no shoes, no shirt, no service”. Before this people didn’t have masks as a regular part of attire...and after this they won’t either.
No grocery stores here in Vegas that I’ve seen...and I’ve seen a pretty good representation, driving around to find paper towels, has required shoppers to have masks. At least half do, but it isn’t required anywhere that I have seen.

I wear my Cowboy Action Shooting neckerchief (bandana) sometimes. It’s like I too am a citizen but the stores, owned by private citizens have decided to comply with what they feel is a health requirement. I need to eat so I go to stores. In my state you must wear a mask in a store. I have a couple of paper masks and like I said if I run out I use the bandana. If I wear my Stetson it really looks like I’m going to rob the store.

If the owner wants me to wear a mask, that owner has to supply the mask. Otherwise, I’m shopping anyway and if he boots me out he has to suffer the free market consequences of his action.
Exactly. The person without the mask, doesn't know that they aren't infected. They could be spewing virus particles into the air every time they talk.
They are putting everybody else at risk. And they think they are the victim when other people don't like it.
And those people, such as yourself, who are fearful of everything the media tells you, are fully within your rights to wear a face mask. Protect yourself if that is what you think you are doing.
Have some personal responsibility and do it yourself. I’m not wearing a damn face mask, I don’t care how much it scares or offends you. I don’t hate you, vulnerable, or old people. Protect yourselves if you want to and quit being a leftist and giving me the stink eye.
It becomes a question of, “Do you have the Right to infect someone else?” The AIDS epidemic has thrown confusion over this once pretty straightforward concept, “No, you don’t.” I’m no lawyer but i do believe in the past one could become liable to civil and criminal penalties for knowingly transmitting a lethal infection to another person. I would not be surprised to discover when this is all over if aa case or especially CASES can be attributed to the recklessness of a person they might well find themselves in a great deal of trouble.
So the question of Do you have the Right? Becomes pretty serious. You may get a chance to make the case in Court and it COULD accompany potentially serious penalties.

I am convinced this insanely over-the-top over-reaction is in large part due to the ridiculous snowflake society that we (and our destructive media) have created. Safety First! (My ass). To a smaller part it is due to the terminal political conflict that infects our society...so everything today is turned (by that omnipresent media) into an end-of-the-world scenario as a means to get at Trump on behalf of the the communist insurgency.

Effective - by executive order from Governor - 18 Apr 0700 folks will have to wear a mask when entering any retail establishment. This is Maryland...
If my employer tells me to remove people from the premises as part of my job, I’d assume I don’t need to be calling my boss every time someone shows up without a mask.
