Pelosi and Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer say they favor more money for small businesses but also want more coronavirus response funds for state and local governments and hospitals, as well as food assistance for the poor. [etc. etc. etc.]
As the saying goes, “it ain’t rocket science.”

Wash your hands and trim your fingernails. That’s always grossed me out even before the flu b.s..
I haven’t been to a salon in decades. I cut hubby’s hair and he cuts mine. No problem during the stay home.
