Bailout of bailouts.
Bailout all state budgets, student loan debt, infrastructure, long-term care and hospice, and general public debt.
IN EXCHANGE FOR
Terminating all government programs, agencies, and departments associated with the bailouts. Returning the Federal Government strictly to national defense, immigration, and running the Post Office. Turning over all state-related functions (education, housing, WIC programs, etc back to the states)
Would conservatives and Constitutionalists support this?
No.
I’d be curious about the dollar figure. I’m not sure what “bailout” would really mean.
But I very much want a return to truly limited government which operates strictly within the bounds of the Constitution. I would be willing to pay a reasonable price for that.
Its not enough.
The current batch of officials would just reinsrate these agencies and departments all over again.
I would require, in addition, the removal of every single democrat elected official at the federal level, and many so-called republicans as well.
I would also require on top of this, that we repeal the 17th amendment and ensure that future laws would not be passed unless the majority of the states, once again represented by us senators chosen by the state legislators, voted for them.
Further i would require dissolving the private corp of The Fed, and actually take back power to coin legal tender to the government, and have it backed by a gold and silver ratio. Not necessarily exchanged for it, but have it backed by it. Would never give it to foreign governments.
Further i would require an actual balanced budget and not accept emergency spending bills as a budget. We could not spend more than taken in.
Lastly i would require any offical caught breaking the law, insider trading, profiting from their position, leaking classified info, providing info to foreigner agents, be subject to immediate removal and jails, fines, and confiscation of all assets and retirement accounts, immediately. Asset forfeiture in the extreme.
Not one politician we have today would accept all my conditions. Totally moot issue to raise.
Added to your list I would require voter ID!! Voting ONLY on Election Day no early voting ect.

Add one more. No benefits of any kind to illegal immigrants, AND build and complete an effective border wall and surveillance system on the southern border and northern border.
Add one more. End anchor baby citizenship. both parent smust be american citizens for the child to be an american citizen.
I think everyone currently in office in Congress should resign and we pick 535 more.

And repeal the 16th Amendment.
They must demonstrate their good faith by delivering their end of the bargain for five years before they get the money.
Add a requirement that no one on the public dole may vote. Demonstration of civics knowledge must be made every 4 years. Voting citizens must be able to articulate the difference bewtween a right and a privilege. Those who give sanction to abortion forfeit voting privileges, being demonstrably ignorant of what self-government is.

Exactly. It would all only start again, look at illegals and amnesty, which repeats every 20 years or so.
OK, your can of worms. Herd them.
- Return FedGov to the enumerated powers only.
- Deport all illegals. No exceptions.
- Birthright citizenship should be limited to children born to those who are (to quote the 14th Amendment) “under the jurisdiction” of the government of the United States government, meaning that they are legal residents of one of the states at the time and not just tourists or illegals.
